So exceptional, so I decided to write a review.

I didn’t expect anything but just a one night stay before the flight, but the room was very comfortable and clean, there were many small nice details and facilities inside the room, decent breakfast. Moreover I came 2 hours before the check in time, and the staff was very friendly, they let me in earlier, then after check out at 12 I had to work remotely before the flight at the evening, and the staff guided me to the modern conference room where I stayed the whole day and worked alone without anyone bothering me. This was very nice experience and everything was either good or much better than expected. Thanks a lot to the staff!

Not about the property itself but about the location. It shows 1km to the airport and I wanted to walk instead of taking taxi, checked google and it showed a walking way, but it turned out there is no walking infrastructure, only big roads for cars, so it was an adventure to get to the airport by feet on the roads with the luggage slowing the cars behind. And it took me almost an hour. So if you read this - take a taxi or bus to the airport even though it seems close to walk to.

Cosy hotel

The staff were very supportive and what I liked is the care about their customer and not negligence as in many European hotels nowadays.

The property is close to the airport and tram.

The property is located on a very busy street, which is very loud at all hours of the night. So if you are a light sleeper, you will get no sleep. The showerhead was broken and the walls are very thin.

Location to airport was good. Staff friendly. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

A little tired in appearance. Toilet basin was loose and wobbled when sat upon. Booked a room for 3 persons and was a little small.

No air conditioning, unbearable heat and tv didn’t work. When we asked for a refund or even a discount we were told to contact reservations from which we have not heard. We had a two bedroom room and spent more than average amount in it. Very disappointing, we dragged a mattress outside to sleep it was so hot

Wonderful stay! Exceeded our expectations in every way.

The hotel was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We stayed one night before our flight. The room was great, beds comfortable (much better than the average bed in Italy), location excellent, and staff was great. Staff even got us a taxi at 5:45am and it was there in minutes. The neighborhood was great and had lots of food options. We were so surprised with how great the experience was!

Everything was very good, highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was very good: eggs, cheese, hams, yogurts, sweets, fruits and so on. I can dry my laundry on the special tool in the bathroom which is very convenient. They provide a bottle water every time we asked them.

Sink was no such a deep.

Stayed one night as 6 minutes drive to Florence airport. Functional but fine The restaurant looked very functional but the food at dinner was very good and the young waitress was lovely.

One of the worst nights I have ever had at a hotel.

I did not like anything about the hotel.

The air-conditioning in the room was not working, the heat in the room unbearable. The temperature in the Florence was at 104 degrees. The manager, Guiseppe, told us that the mechanic was on the way to fix the problem, and it was not true. We found out that, the air condition had not been working for four days. They just didn't want to lose the booking and didn't want to bother to get us another hotel. We had a terrible night and having to fly out the next day at 6:00 am, it truly was Horrible!!

No air conditioning, security box doesn’t work, as well as hair dryer. Loose sink faucet, we had to cancel reservations and leave next day.

Great stay in a great location

The staff we lovely- especially Nicholas on reception who was extremely welcoming when I first arrived. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the location was perfect for easily getting into the city centre

The tv signal was a little dodgy and so didn't work very well.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities are good and the cleanliness are good. Parking is available but I have not used it. Breakfast is decent.

Pleasant

Had dinner in the restaurant and one staff member was the cook, server and made drinks. Very skeptical of what we were going to get for a meal but it was very good. I wish I remembered her name- she was awesome.

Had a refrigerator in the room that was not turned on so if you did want to use the items in the mini bar, they would not be consumable.

My worst hotel experience. I have been travelling for the past 35 years and I have stayed in different hotels from the US, UK and different parts of Europe. Best western CHC florence is the worst hotel I have ever been I had a booking for 12 days . I normally do credit card and I always carry cash. I think I must have been targeted by some people at the front desk. Seeing me go shopping and spending cash. Two days to my departure, I just came back from shopping. I just drop my bags and the bundle of cash on the bed for me to buy some food at a McDonald's nearby. I was not gone for twenty minutes. By the time I came back they had opened my room and stolen all the money. A little below 3500 euros. I quickly rushed down to report and the front desk. There was no empathy or concern. I demanded to see their CCTV camera to my surprise they told me they dont have. I was so shocked and disappointed. I felt like leaving the hotel immediately. Unfortunately I had paid for 12 days and had 2 days to go I had to call one of our manufacturers in Milan to western union 500 euros to me. It was a very traumatizing 2 days. My advise to any serious tourist or serious business people dont go near that hotel. A word is enough for the wise.

There are no cameras , after the theft, I asked and I was told at the front desk it wasn’t mandatory to have one. Whao !! in this modern time.

Superb

Bed was very comfortable (great amount of pillows!) and the bathroom clean and spacious. Location was perfect to get to and from the airport. Would recommend.

Air conditioning wasn't working properly and opened the windows only to have mosquitos to contend with. Bathroom would benefit from a ceiling fan to avoid moisture/mold.

Not all its made out to be!

I went by myself so there was enough space in the room. However I can imagine with two people it would be cramped. The facilities in the room where standard. Nothing amazing. For a base camp to come back to just to sleep it did the job.

There was a really bad smell of sewidge every time I got back to the room in the evening, as well as the waĺls looking gruby. Every morning I got woken up by other people in the hotel being inconciderate or by building work happening inside or outside of the hotel. Very much overpriced for the quality of the hotel.

walls are thin rooms are so small. parking is so limited and on the back side of the hotel and few places in front. The space is so tight so you do not feel comfortable when you park at any of these two places …
