My Coat, I Forgot was Stolen from Room 130 on the 23rd January 2026; when I checked out.

My Coat I Forgot on the Hanger in Room 130 when I checked out on the 23rd of January 2026, to catch my flight to Tenerife Spain. Was Not Returned to me when I got back to ask for it on 4th of February. The customer service/ front desk lady was Rudely arguing with me that they don’t have thieves here. I suggested that they should check the schedule Roster for the staff who cleaned up the room 130, on the 23rd of January; They Refused. MY COAT WAS STOLEN!

Unnecessarily difficult and stressful arrival/check-in, but good room
Great price/quality ratio. Not too far from the Guidoni T2 tram and bus station. This room is actually in the Wyndham Garden Florence hotel which is quite elegant.
The lack of information was very problematic. It was not made clear that the room was being rented out by Hotiday but that it was in the Wyndham Garden Florence hotel. The address given caused a lot of problems and stress for my late-night arrival in the rain. The address was showing that the property was inside the police station nearby which I obviously could not access. There is no sign for the Hotiday anywhere, so I had walked past the Wyndham Garden Florence hotel, thinking that I should not enter there. To make matters even worse, the phone number seemed to be some central line for all Hotiday locations in Italy. Everytime I tried to be connected to an operator, the line would hang up and say that I should receive a WhatsApp message; however, I never received a message. I just wanted to talk to a person to find the hotel. All of this stress while carrying my luggage around in the rain, doing two circles to find the property, could have been avoided with better instructions. There appeared to be some mold on the ceiling in/near the shower.

Our stay was awesome and would definitely recommend it to anybody who wants to stay in Florence.
We loved the room. I loved the gym and we both loved the breakfast. A lot of good food. Great people that helped us check in.
