Completely adequate for our purposes.

Room was very clean, bed was comfy.

Furnishings very dated and the communal areas felt a bit run down.

3.50 erros for a small can of coke. Barely watm water for my showing. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. And to top.it off I was chewed up by some kind of bug on my ankles amd elbos

The hotel is tired and worn. Our door handle was broken, the carpet did not appear clean. They advertised a shuttle that was not running that day and cost 20 euro. Staff was clueless.

Very dated, the building looked abandoned from the exterior. Awful smell in lobby and hallways. I was locked in the bathroom after only closing the door (not locking).

Nothing. This hotel is a great shame and I'm really surprised that Booking.com accept to have an hotel with a so bad level to propose to the plateform's users.

Everything. - The infrastructures are old and not clean (the main entry carpet was just disgusting). - There was mold in the bathroom. - The carpet in the room was so disgusting, that I decided to use my shoes to walk in the room. - There was a lot of noise in the room because you hear the motor of the lift. - There was a concert near the hotel, and of course nobody have precised that when I have booked the room. - The manager was not present, and of course, he has refused to refund me the price when I leaved the hotel.

Basic for a one night stay before an early flight or late arrival from Florence airport.

Chosen for its location for taking an early flight from Florence airport -5 mins car ride away with free parking & a restaurant for a basic evening meal & reasonable selection for breakfast. Accommodating staff.

Basic accomodation-fridge but nothing in it-no bottled water although think there was a vending machine in lobby. No kettle. Could hear speaking from adjoining rooms hallway and upstairs rooms as well as very noisy flushing toilets & running showers.

The shuttle that picked us up was without air conditioning when it was +30c. The property is in an area that is sketchy and dirty. As soon as you walked into the hotel there was an awful smell in the lobby. When we registered we were told that the wifi was not working. All in all not the greatest hotel stay

I wouldn’t ever stay there again .There’s a beautiful 4 star hotel just up the road that I stayed before .

The hotel was clean and the people were very friendly .The breakfast was OK .The airport was very close .There was a balcony .The bed was comfortable.

It was extremely old and horrible looking outside the hotel .It looked like a 1 star hotel .The foyer look exactly like on the photo .It was the smallest ever bathroom .You had to go behind the door and side ways between the door and the sink .The taxi drivers are a rip off .Each charged different amount for myself and my husband.I don’t know why the hotel is using this service .

A great night stay near the airport.

The staff was very helpful getting us to the airport on time. It was easy getting to the rooms. Even though it was Easter Sunday their restaurant was still open so we could eat. All the surrounding restaurants were closed, and since this hotel is not where the historic sites are there we’re not a lot of restaurant options.

Bathroom facilities were spotless! Staff members were very helpful and got me a taxi that was on time at 4:00 a.m. The room was very quiet.

We liked our stay in Hotel Mirage. We felt safe and comfortable.

The location is very convenient, being 5 mins. away from the airport and 9 stops away from the city center via tram. It is also near some restaurants and pharmacies. Our room was just the right size for two, clean, and had a balcony with an outside view. The staff was very helpful in our queries and requests for assistance. There is a restaurant and bar on site so eating is not a problem. The food in the restaurant was also delicious (a la carte). Breakfast food is basic but it was enough to start your day. To sum it up, Hotel Mirage is a decent place to stay if you are looking for a place that is near the hotel and has good value for money.

There were no complimentary water, toothpaste, and toothbrush for the guests. The sound of the flush in the bathroom was too loud. Also, the bidet was different from the usual ones which have water coming out from the back or front part. The hotel's bidet needed to be filled up first so one can use it for washing.

Exceptional

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. We are very satisfied with the accommodation, it was comfortable, clean and tidy. Special praise goes to the cleaners, who cleaned the room very well every day, every day all the towels were changed, the room was vacuumed, and the bed linen was changed. The reception staff is very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is very good, coffee, tea, croissants, certain salami, cheeses and an omelette are offered. The parking in front of the hotel is large, spacious, and safe. The hotel is located in a great location, near the tram station and the airport. All in all, the Mirage hotel left a great impression on us. If we ever decide to come to Florence again, we will definitely stay at the Mirage Hotel. Great recommendation.
