Excellent location

Great location to stay just out of the busy hub of Florence. Especially if you have a car. It is right on the tramway into the city and located next door to a supermarket and across the road from a mall. Nice comfortable room and good breakfast.

The staff were helpful, the hotel was well positioned outside the hustle and bustle of the city but with easy access to the tram, breakfast was delicious and the room and bathroom were both a great size!

The shower temperature did tend to fluctuate a little but this was only a minor thing.

Disappointing stay: Initially did not receive an the room we booked

I have never written a negative hotel review before, but in this case, I was truly disappointed, especially by the way we were treated as guests. We had booked a triple room for three adults. The booking clearly confirmed a 25qm room with a double bed and a sofa bed with two sleeping spaces and a bathroom with tub and shower. However, upon arrival, we were given a standard room with only a double bed. When we asked where the third person was supposed to sleep, we were told this was the largest room in the hotel, and they could only offer to add an extra bed to the already cramped space. This left barely any room to move around, no space for three suitcases (all for €420 per night -including genius discount). Despite our clear booking confirmation, we had to accept this unsatisfactory solution for the first night. Only after an repeated request and showing the booking details again did the hotel admit that there were indeed larger rooms available, but not until the second night. We were forced to move rooms the next day, which involved additional hassle. There was no apology and no price adjustment offered for the first night. Breakfast service was also disappointing: cups and water bottles were often empty and only refilled after a long wait.

Rooms were clean, quiet, with comfortable beds. Only stayed one night at the end of our trip to be close to the airport. Had an early flight and staff was helpful with calling us a taxi and recommending food in the area.

Accessibility upon arrival is nonexistent and very inconvenient if raining as happened in our case. Some staff members are rude and inconsiderate.

Everything was find except for parking.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast is tasty.

One of the reason why I’m we chose this hotel was parking, however, when we came it was full and we had to find a paid place to park our car and to pay extra cost for it. So the impression was spoilt and it is better not to count on their parking.

Pretty decent. Not an area to walk around. Are at the hotel bar.

There was a plumbing problem. Silty water had to run water for 15 minutes until clean. This stuff happens but I feel discount should have been offered. Something. It was definitely an inconvenience. As it is close to airport the tram is right out front. But not running before 6:00 am so taxi was necessary.

A lovely hotel is in front of the tram station. 6 stops and you are at the central train station 7 stops and you are in the center of Florence. One minute of walking and there is a large supermarket. The staff is really charming and humane even in the most stressful moments. Everything is clean. I choose this hotel already 4 times during my vacations in Italy. Sharon

Great location for a trip to Florence

So convenient for the tram into the old town, very clean, near to lots of nice restaurants and bars, friendly/helpful staff.

The shower tray overflowed/didn't drain, the shower head leaked like crazy, and the air conditioning didn't work very well at all. Breakfast wasn't included.

Perfect travel hotel in Firenze!

Definitely exceeded our expectations. We received a room upgrade, very nice! The staff was exceedingly helpful. Room was spotless. Room was quiet, bed very comfortable, not much more we could ask for. We will definitely be back and refer our friends! Tram transportation right outside.
