Nice for a few days stay

The dorm rooms were amazing except for the broken extractor fan which was very noisy. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was perfect. The lady on the evening reception was very helpful and friendly.

The location was hard to find. No cooking facilities just a vending coffee machine making very small coffees. No smoking area or no ashtrays.

The tap and the bidet were barely giving any water.

1) It is far from the center. The bus is often late and not reliable. For the tram you have to walk a bit far. But if thats no problem for you, it is a nice hostel and it is not expensive, it's just a trade-off. 2) No hair dryer. As saw in the reviews, the problem is known. However, i think it should be solved more urgently. As a quick easy solution, just have 1-2 hairdryers there or ask if the guests want to borrow it from the reception. It is very important and an essential basic need. 3) The bed is very sagging, if you are someone who likes a firm bed

Clean and comfortable new modern hostel

Really clean, new building. The rooms are spacious, the bed was comfy and wide. The social area was clean with a vending machine, free laundry and a great shared workspace. The staff were friendly.

It’s a little far from the centre but getting a bus is easy you can tap your card. The heating is centralised so the room was really warm if you are on the top bunk in front of the heating system, but the staff were really helpful about it.

Well when I arrived at the location I was warmly greeted by the staff at the reception if I remember correctly his name was Fahad and he help me alot and gave me your of the place and help me get setup in my room as this was my first time travelling I was quite happy from manifattuara tabacchi aparto the night I arrived the staff was friendly and welcoming I will look forward to staying again in aparto for much longer.

Fabulous place, highly recommended!

Amazing place! We were travelling with our 3 teenage sons and had a room with 6 beds. It was incredible! The room was huge, the beds super comfy, the whole thing well thought-out and extremely clean and fresh. The hostel has great facilities - free DIY laundry service, a 24 hour gym, cinema room, games room, lots of chill out space etc. Such a cool place, we wished we could have stayed longer! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We used the number 17 bus from just outside the hostel right to the main train station in Florence but you could walk it in about 25 mins. A superb place!

Excepcional

Nos encantó que las camas fuesen tan amplias y que la habitación estuviese tan bien organizada. Nos quedamos 6 personas por lo que nos preocupaba la disposición del apartamento, pero fue maravillosa. El personal fue muy atento con nosotros y nos guardaron las maletas incluso habiendo llegado antes de lo establecido.

Très agréable découverte

Quartier calme et proche de Florence. Lits larges et confortables. Facile pour se garer et restaurants à côté. Les enfants ont adoré la chambre et les équipements sportifs.

Buena opción en Florencia

El servicio y limpieza eran muy buenos, las instalaciones lindas y ubicación excelente y tranquila dentro de la manifattura tabacchi que es preciosa. Me guardaron amablemente mis maletas y los espacios comunes son muy cómodos.

Reportamos varias veces que el seguro de la puerta del baño estaba roto, impidiendo cerrar con llave la puerta del baño, lo cual es importante sobretodo por que son habitaciones compartidas con extraños, no hubo solución al problema y nadie reparó el seguro de la puerta.

Una bella scoperta

Ambiente e design moderno, enormi spazi comuni funzionali sia a momenti di relax che di studio/smart working. Dispenser di acqua potabile gratuito. Letti molto comodi. Ambiente silenzioso. Personale cordiale e gentile.

La mancanza di punti di appoggio nel bagno in camera crea disagio; è presente un solo dispenser di sapone all'interno della doccia. L'acqua scorreva dai rubinetti del lavabo e del bidet in modo anomalo schizzando ovunque, difficile direzionare l'acqua per lavarsi( spero non sia così in tutte le camere!). Assente un tappetino per l'uscita dalla doccia. Assente l'asciugamano da bidet. Le tende al finestrone della camera sono poco coprenti, inadatte a chi ha bisogno di un ambiente buio per dormire: all' alba la stanza viene inondata di luce e la sveglia è assicurata.

Firenze with friends

L'ostello è in una zona che stanno completamente ristrutturando ma è un bellissimo progetto di ristrutturazione industriale. Gli edifici e tutti i locali che fanno parte dello stesso complesso sono moderni ed alla moda..sembra di essere a Copenhagen.. Le camere sono spaziosissime ed organizzate perfettamente. Il bagno in camera è perfetto ed i letti sono super comodi..tutti..anche quelli in alto. I ragazzi alla reception sono super simpatici e disponibili.

La zona è a 30 minuti dal centro e quindi potrebbe risultare un pò scomoda ma ci sono mezzi di trasporto vicini tra cui il tram T2 ed il bus 17..quando passa. Uber costa molto quindi meglio usare il taxi, mezzi o le numerose biciclette/monopattini che si trovano in giro.

Хорошо бы, чтобы приобрели электрочайник.

Комфортная, удобная и чистая квартира, хорошие большие кровати, есть полотенца по три штуки на человека, на кухне есть всё необходимое кофемашина с запасом капсул, есть ванная и большой запас туалетной бумаги и средств гигиены. Благодарны администрации, за более ранний заезд и доступную инструкцию по заселения. Обязательно приедем ещё и порекомендуем друзьям.
