Other than that, everything else was wonderful, and we’d happily stay here again!

We had a really pleasant stay here. The room was very clean, the environment felt cozy and comfortable, and the location was super convenient — close to everything we needed. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the little self-service snack and drink that was free to use anytime. Overall, it was a great experience.

The only small downsides were that the soundproofing could be improved — we could hear water running and footsteps from the next room (though not voices) — and the showerhead required constant pressing to keep the water flowing, which was a bit inconvenient.

Good communication and clean

The Bed in Room 4 was very uncomfortable and many dips and bumps. The sheets and pillows were great. The shower control with the hand held unit was hard to use.

In one moment I was hesitating because the hotel was not in the centre, however it didn't need to be there, it is 15 mins by tranvia from the centre, and it let me enjoyed another area of Firenze. It was very clean and nice, The room was perfect for 2, the bathroom had everything and beyond, the staff leave us coffee in the room and some snacks that were very good after a day walking. I loved the place, and for sure if I come back I would stay there.

I was given a much smaller room, than the one I paid for. After that I was asked to delete the review and be refunded because it was a mistake with the platform. I deleted and got nothing in return. Maria is a dishonest host and people should be aware. Screenshots of the room I paid for and the conversations are attached. EDIT: since this is the only way to contact you after you stopped replying my messages: no it's not 12 euro it's 120, as you promised a full refund. Lies will only get you this far!

I paid for what was labeled a deluxe room, which clearly stated 1 large double bed. What we got was some sort of extendable couch on two levels, which is completely unacceptable. Attaching photos to show what I booked vs what I got.

Soluzione ottimale per chi vuole soggiornare a Firenze

Camera pulitissima, accogliente e silenziosa . Materasso comodo e lenzuola morbide. Bagno cieco con ottima aspirazione. Bollitore con tante cose a disposizione, anche nell' ingresso ci sono tante cose a disposizione degli ospiti ( macchina del caffè Top ! ). A 50 MT falla fermata del tram, dopo 7 fermate siete in stazione quindi in centro. Torneremo lì sicuramente!

Sono contro allo spreco della plastica, ma se non c' è una cuffia da doccia vi prego scrivetelo!!! Noi donne Ve ne saremo grate!😁

Buona location, ottimo il self check-in, gradita la macchina del caffè e set di benvenuto. Staff gentilissimo.

La tv non andava, la doccia non restava accesa e le pareti sono talmente sottili che abbiamo sentito per tutta la notte il nostro vicino di stanza dormire MOLTO rumorosamente.

Camera nuova e molto bella, pulita e dotata dei confort necessari, posizione ottima vicino la fermata della tramvia che nel giro di 10/15 ti porta in centro.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto direi il portasciugamani sotto al lavandino, l'avrei preferito a muro, ad un'altezza più comoda, ma davvero è più un consiglio che una critica. Nella camera nostra camera mancava il bidet, però c'era il doccino.

-Camera singola molto carina ed accogliente -Vino, tisane e caffè in omaggio -Zona comoda -Prezzo ottimo per la media di Firenze -Saponi e shampoo disponibili

-Istruzioni incomplete per il check in: per avere il codice della camera ho dovuto scrivere nuovamente ai gestori perché non l’avevano scritto nelle istruzioni. -La prima notte, alle 2, è partita la musica in area comune improvvisamente e a volume massimo, probabilmente per un guasto. Ovviamente dormire era impossibile.. La cosa si è risolta chiamando la titolare (ha risposto subito) che mi ha guidato telefonicamente nella disattivazione del dispositivo. -Puzza anomala in camera e pulizia da migliorare. -Sciacquone del bagno che non scaricava bene (pochissima acqua! Bisognava premere a lungo per farlo funzionare sufficientemente). -Doccia che non funzionava correttamente (la manopola tornava a posto e quindi era davvero scomodo fare la doccia, mi sono dovuta ingegnare per fissarla con un elastico). -Bidet assente, per farselo bisogna entrare in doccia e usare un doccino con funzione di bidet. -Pareti davvero sottili, camere non insonorizzate per niente. -Assenza di posacenere sul balcone e in generale balcone sporco e disordinato.

Fácil acesso

A localização do apartamento é muito boa, bairro agradável com um restaurante maravilhoso há duas quadras. O transporte para o centro fica muito próximo e há um excelente supermercado ao lado. O quarto é confortável e limpo, a entrada automatizada funciona bem.

Da ducha, que é difícil de ligar por ter que puxar os dois botões simultaneamente e deixa um pouco a desejar. Tirando isso, tudo bem.

Die Lage war sehr gut neben die Straßenbahn, geschäfte, bar, restaurant, alles in der nähe und 15 min von zentrum entfernt. Zimmer sehr groß. Personal nett.

Kein Kühlschrank in Zimmer, nur einen kleinen in Flur für alle, und statt das 3 Bett were besser gewesen einen kleinen Sofas. Sonst alles gut.

Die Dusche war defekt und das Hotel wusste darüber Bescheid und hat das Zimmer dennoch vermietet. Wir haben lediglich die Steuern von 12€ erstattet bekommen, auf weitere Nachfrage wurde einfach nicht mehr reagiert. Somit absolut nicht zu empfehlen, selbst für nur eine Übernachtung.

Deluso dalla mancanza di assistenza

Ho prenotato una stanza per una sola notte come appoggio per poi andare all'aeroporto presto il giorno dopo, visto che l'hotel è distante dall'aeroporto poche fermate della metro. Sono arrivato la sera dopo le 22 a causa di alcuni problemi di trasporto. Due giorni prima mi erano state inviate via mail le istruzioni di check in con un codice. Però il codice aveva cifre da 1 a 9 mentre il tastierino alla porta solo da 1 a 8, per cui ero bloccato fuori dalla stanza e al numero di cellulare di assistenza non rispondeva nessuno, né telefonando né whatsapp né sms. Provando a girare la maniglia un po' di volte, la porta si è aperta senza bisogno di pin! Una volta dentro ho cercato di bloccare la porta dall'interno, perché sentivo la mancanza di sicurezza dell'alloggio. Solo il giorno dopo una persona dello staff mi ha contattato verso le 10. Ormai troppo tardi.

La habitación es preciosa y súper cómoda. El baño es espectacular aunque la ducha es un poco chica y si sos muy grande, quizás te resulte incómoda. La zona del edificio es muy tranquila y si bien está un poco alejado del centro, está ubicado a una cuadra y media del tranvía. A unas 3 cuadras hay un pequeño shopping que tiene un supermercado grande. Lo recomiendo mucho, volvería sin dudas.

Apartment war nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, genau auf der Strasse war eine Tramstation Richtung historischem Zentrum.

Es wurde angegeben, dass es dort Parkplätze gibt. Aber es waren nur öffentliche Parkplätze auf der Strasse, die man sich suchen musste. Ich hatte Glück noch einen letzten Platz gefunden zu haben. Sonst wäre es nicht so optimal gewesen. Der Zugang zum Apartment war etwas umständlich. Man musste eine Reihe von Anweisungen in der Mail lesen und dann für jede der 3 Türen eine andere Öffnungsart befolgen. Ist normalerweise kein Problem aber wenn man spät in der Nacht müde ankommt, etwas anstrengend.

Nicht empfehlenswert

"Stradivarious" ist lediglich ein kleiner Flur in einem großem Wohnhaus, es handelt sich nicht um ein Hotel. Die Gegend ist nicht schön, ebenso wie der Ausblick. Der Flur war innerhalb des Hauses schwer zu finden. Bei Anreise stecken die Schlüssel einfach außen an der Zimmertür. Die Aufzüge sind sehr alt und wackelig. Es gibt keine Rezeption oder ähnliches - das fand ich sehr schwierig, weil so natürlich auch der Ansprechpartner fehlt, wenn etwas kaputt ist. Bei mir war z. B. einen Tag lang die Dusche kaputt - bei Außentemperaturen von 30 Grad Celsius. Es war zudem extrem schwierig, eine Hotelrechnung zu erhalten, das dauerte tatsächlich mehrere Wochen nach Abreise. "Stradivarious" würde ich definitiv nicht wieder buchen.

I numeri telefonici che avevo non rispondevano erano staccati , ho dovuto contattare Booking che a sua volta ha cercato di contattare la struttura senza esito. Fortunatamente dopo un ora sono uscite delle persone nel palazzo e mi sono intrufolato Esperienza assurda e poca professionalità Un gestore di una casa vacanze non può staccare il telefono , anche perché ha una responsabilità legale a vuoi dover far fronte
