The reception staff were ok. The location is very close to the airport which is good , but everything else is substandard. I really can’t believe I paid as much as I did. The elevetord are tiny. The lights and the shower door in the room were broken. The wifi I could not get to work. The good in the restaurant was not very good. The towels wer not very absorbent. Mosquitoes kept me up all night ( and bit me) . It was way too expensive and not very enjoyable. I will not recommend staying at this hotel unless they do a major renovation.

This was without question the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The reality bears absolutely no resemblance to the pictures advertised. It was even worse than the youth hostels I stayed in as a student. We arrived very late and chose this hotel purely for its proximity to the airport before our onward journey — a mistake we will never repeat. The entire place felt unclean, the walls were so thin that every sound carried through, and the bathroom lights didn’t even work. The bed was rock-hard, and the single pillow provided was so thin it might as well have been a folded towel. The only saving grace was the receptionist, who was polite and tried to be helpful. Beyond that, there is not a single thing I could recommend about this hotel.

True value property, with some good points, like clean rooms, recently renovated bathrooms, and the room I had a large balcony. Decent breakfast, with excellent personal service. Unfortunately the room I was assigned to at check in (611) had it's bed sharing the same wall as the main working elevator, with constant noise thru the night. The built in furniture was well worn and oddly the room was recently painted, but not all the way to the ceiling, with a noticable point where the new paint ended and the older, dingier paint was left behind. Final oddity was the TV in the room, it was unplugged and left on the "desk" counter facing the bathroom door because it was too large to fit level on the higher shelf facing the bed it probably was supposed to be. Rear parking area seemed unkept and felt a bit unsafe.

Stayed 4 nights and paid around 500 euro for the whole stay, however the cost was not worth the room. Dust mites, cockroaches, misquotes only to name a few of the critters living with us at the time. Just like the exterior of the building, the rooms are falling apart. Not to mention it’s very far outside of the main city area. One of the worst stays I have had abroad in a long time.

The hotel restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel breakfast. The only thing that was disappointing was one of the front desk receptionists: curly, red-headed. He never made eye contact; nor did he ever smile. He does not belong in the hospitality business. I was a psychotherapist and I worked in the restaurant/hotel business for over 35 years. I know what I'm talking about. The rest of the staff were wonderful.

The image of the room did not match the actual room. Tram is close by which is convenient. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from and coffee. The reception was excellent. The staff was very helpful. The free parking was convenient

There was a large pile of trash consisting of old mattresses and discarded furniture in the driveway that appeared to have been there for some time. Also, I had no hot water for my shower. The elevator was dirty, old and rickety. This place is in need or a renovation!

Staff were super lovely and very helpful. The room I was in just needed a lick of paint and a comfier bed and the bathroom upgrading a bit and it would be good.

My stay was satisfactory. It was nothing special but I'm not that fussy to be honest. The nicest part of the room was the bathroom which looked nice. I had no problems at all. The room was decent and tidy. Room service was good and so was the reception very helpful. Breakfast wasn't anything special. Croissants and coffee and tea. But pleasant stay and would actually stay again.

Wasn’t as expected but was good for 2 nights, far from city center and about 5 mins walk to the nearest tram station. Breakfast was very very poor. The beds were not comfortable and the blanket was super dirty. However the bathrooms were clean, the reception desk wasn’t as friendly as they should be. I don’t think I would go back.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything is dirty and old. No facilities and the only plus side is that the staff were excellent. Breakfast is a joke, and the shower was so small a child would barely fit. Disgusting and should be shut down.

Although it’s not a beautiful hotel, it’s extremely functional and offers excellent value for money. The rooms are as simple as can be. The shower is very narrow/ small but the rooms are clean. The complimentary breakfast is quite decent and they make you a fresh excellent cappuccino/ espresso upon request. Walking distance to the train station makes it easy to travel to the city center. Kids stay free as long as extra beds are not required. Overall a great value!

We arrived in Florence by bus and took the train to cetnral Florence, upon arrival we took the train from Piazza di Santa Maria Novella to Novoli - Torre Degli Agli, from there the walk to Auto-Park Hotel isn't far away, about five minutes. Upon arrival the hotel looked old, but the staff were adequate and the assistance given was standard as you would expect from 3 star hotels, the rooms were adequately sized however they did seem a bit dirty and it definitely was a tad bit dusty, however this hotel has to be commended on the breakfast provided, the staff in the morning breakfast room are friendly and jovial, and it brings a smile to your face to see them so cheerful in the morning, oh, and the breakfast was good too, you should try their espresso's. I think the hotel could do better when it comes to the cleanliness of the rooms and also the lighting at the reception as it would improve the ambience of the place, the staff at the front reception could learn a thing or two from the staff in the pantry. Overall my girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the Auto-Park Hotel.

The bad: worse hotel we stayed at in Italy, there are not a lot of pictures for a reason. The room felt like the cheapest motel in the bad part of town in the states. The good: room was old but clean, it was quiet, the location was far from the center npbut with a simple bus ride it go you into town for about 1.20 euros each way. Plenty of parking, we left our rental car in the hotel and used the bus to avoid driving onto town, the people were very nice, if its a quick 1 night stay and you cant afford more, this is for you. We found the breakfast to be very good, its Europe, eggs, ham, cheeses and bread with coffee juice and tea, dont expect more unless you stay at a hilton. the area appears safe during the day and mostly working class people, no problems walking around during the day and kids outside playing on skateboards tells you it seems very safe.

If you are not a jokey... it'll be a real challenge for you to take a shower. Room has a smallest shower I ever seen. Internet is low... in the lobby it's OK but in the room... problem. Stuff is good, polite and hospitable; breakfast (included) - good enough.
