Wonderful Stay with Friendly Staff and Great Location

Our stay at Hotel Paganini in Florence was a great experience! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly cordial, welcoming, and helpful. They were always available to answer questions and gave us excellent tips for getting around the city. One of the best features of this hotel is its location. It’s situated just a short walk from the tram stop, which made getting to the historic downtown Florence quick and easy—only about 15 minutes by tram. There’s also a supermarket nearby. The proximity to excellent dining options like Antica Trattoria offering authentic Tuscan cuisines, enhanced our experience. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and offers good value for the price. Overall, Hotel Paganini provided a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Florence.

Bathroom had a lot of space.

The shower doors were difficult to use and water stopped and started during showers. Bit far to centre of town.

Comfortable and convenient, ideal for people with and without a car

Place is better than the photos. Shower is great, room was clean and comfortable. Parking lot is external but very close to the hotel and convenient. Decent breakfast, with a small variety of items but hot drinks freshly prepared. Don’t expect a 4 star continental breakfast (it’s a simple hotel, but what they offer is more than ok). Bus to the city center is close, which is great because the last thing you’ll want is to adventure yourself with a car in the old village.

Good location, clean room and friendly staff

The hotel is very close to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. There is a market, convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The reception staff was very friendly. Breakfast is very simple, but nice.

If the guests in the rooms next door are loud and you are a light sleeper, it may bother you. It was no problem for us.

A good value hotel with good facilities and 20 minutes by tram into Florence centre.

We booked a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds which met our needs. We used the hotel parking which was secure and convenient. The breakfast was good, air conditioning welcome and the staff friendly. Also being on the T2 tram route made travel into Florence very easy.

Comfortable hotel near city centre.

A great base for a stay in Florence. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. The room was quite small. A few tram stops to the centre. Free parking in the nearby underground garage. Helpful and accommodating staff. Large supermarket opposite the hotel. Only the breakfast compared to hotels in a similar category was weaker. Overall, however, I recommend it.

Excellent location with a big supermarket just opposite the hotel and the tram station is 1minute walk distance where we can take tram 2 to the train station (6 stops) and then tour the old city; very nice services and breakfast free of charge!

All the staff are Really amazing , kind and helpful. There is air conditioning which work perfectly. The location is excellent ( next to the tram and supermarket), parking is limited but they provided an access to another private parking.

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast very much.

Very little space to park to load the cars on the morning we departed. Because of no space in the underground parking lot, I had to park away from the hotel on the night I arrived.

my room was not what I expected. single room. bed was far too small. shower was terrible. too tight. too small. it was far overpriced for the accommodations. I would stay again, but not in that room.
