The stay was totally accessible. The hotel was not ready when we attempted to check in eventhough it was well after the check in time. The hotel ataff appeared to be very confused with the reservation details. After traveling so many hours it was disssapointing.

This was a great place to stay in Florence just outside the downtown area with the train right in front and a short ride to all the tourist attractions in the center of town A shopping mall a block away and a nice park right on front I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Florence

The checking in process was easy and they have parking. The hotel is not too far from the airport, but there is no other reason to go there. Our room was nice, but they had a different style of electrical plug that everywhere else we'd traveled in Europe. There was one of the common outlets in the bathroom though. Breakfast buffett was very nice.

We picked this hotel because it was not in the heart of Florence and it offered free parking. We arrived in a rental car. The hotel is modern but lovely and very comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. We even had dinner there one evening and the food is wonderful. The best part is that the trolley/train stop is right in front of the hotel and is a 12 minute ride to the center of Florence.

Breakfast is very average, like a holiday inn express. Mostly sugary and cold items. Hotel foyer and rooms are dated but our room was clean & comfortable bed. Though it has lot of furniture which is not required, space is small. Reception lady Michelle was very helpful. Hotel Location is 10 mins tram ride from airport and 20 mins to city centre. That’s the only big positive for this hotel, tram stop is just outside hotel.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was below expectations. Most of the staff didn’t come across as welcoming, which set a bit of a disappointing tone from the beginning. The room was uncomfortably warm, and when we called reception, we were told the air-conditioning was turned off for the season and we should just open the window—not ideal, especially in a hotel of this category. The shower had good pressure, but the drain couldn’t handle the flow, even on the lowest setting, so the water quickly pooled around our feet. Not pleasant. We requested wine glasses and were given small ones, which was fine, but they weren't picked up or cleaned the next day. As for breakfast, it was quite underwhelming. There were no decent cheese or cold cut options—just a very basic "American" breakfast, and not even a particularly good one. Overall, the experience lacked attention to detail and comfort. Not a stay I’d be eager to repeat.

Good access to the Tram, which is the main reason why we stayed here. Breakfast was also good, with eggs, bacon, and a good variety of pastries. Only downside was no power plugs near the bed, which was unusual for a hotel.

All went well. Rooms were clean, if I’m being picky the rooms could use some upkeep. Marks on walls from suitcases etc.. All in all, it was quiet and safe and staff tried to be helpful with language barrier. They could increase their supply of gluten free for meals.

The property is fantastic. The only negative is that the first person I encountered at checkin was rude and impatient and blamed me for each room requirement on the reservations not matching the names assigned to the our multiple rooms we rented. I book through Expedia because many European websites can't be reached from the U.S.A. But after this initial unpleasant first impression everything was fine.
