Il Palazzo della Signoria Modern Loft

Sei praticamente in Piazza della Signoria. È tutto visitabile a piedi. Essendo così vicina, puoi permetterti anche un paio di ore a casa nelle ore più calde, prima di riprendere le gite. La casa è ben tenuta, pulita, dorata di comfort. Al tuo arrivo c'è un vero e proprio libro sul tavolo che ti spiega tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno.

The location was great. The apartment is 74 steps up to the door…the windows do eliminate any street noises. The bed was super comfy, the sofa not so much. The washer was helpful, although a drying rack would have also been great. Entry procedures were easy…great natural light… small but spacious at same time.

The location is great! Can’t beat it!

Overall, the negative reviews would be correct in terms of the upstairs neighbors being in the louder end and there being a lot of steps going up. These both didn’t ruin the experience for me. Unfortunately, while we were there there seemed to be some sewage issues going on with the shower drain. The property manager did offer to come check out the situation but we had thought we remedied the situation ourselves due to it being late and us needed to shower after being in the heat wave all day. Unfortunately the smell did come back. Did alert the periphery manager and they are looking into it.
