The location, the appartment setting (comfortable for family), the 2nd floor which is a private reception area decorated like a royal palace room which enable us to rest, to drink tea/coffee, before returning to explore amazing Florence, the nice and welcoming hosts!

Roomy for three adults, especially with two ensuite baths. We loved the authentic-type furniture and decor. It's beautiful and functional. All the amenities - appliances, washer, etc. Moreover, the location, just around the corner from Piazza Trinita with the street opera every night. A little pricey, but this is the place to stay.

Amazing Location!!
Mattress needs replacing.

The Location is perfect with plenty to do and see, lots of restaurants and bars
As other people have pointed out but obviously ignored no kettle no shelves in the bathrooms and no little extras that make you feel at home ie: tea bags, coffee, water just basics.
