Location was amazing. Clean and plenty of space for my family of 6. Host was helpful and accommodating at check in and also when we needed bag storage on check out day. Host also provided info on convenient parking. Close to busting plaza with shops and restaurants but quiet and private feel.

Had character, homely, exceptional location and easy check in. A very pleasant night and would have been happy to stay longer.
Nothing. A little lively as it was on a Saturday night but we quite enjoyed the festive atmosphere! The best place I’ve ever stayed in Florence and I’ve been quite a few times.

The Location is perfect with plenty to do and see, lots of restaurants and bars
As other people have pointed out but obviously ignored no kettle no shelves in the bathrooms and no little extras that make you feel at home ie: tea bags, coffee, water just basics.
