Comfy spacious apartment with clean and comfortable beds, two bathrooms and full kitchen made for an easy stay.

Great location but you may need to manually reset the power brakers on another floor.

Great location close to most attractions in the city center.

Power can easily go out if you use all the ac units and appliances. To reset the brakers you need to go to ground level (from the third floor). AC was weak in the corner bedroom. The second shower was pretty much unusable due to water drainage issues and the lack of shower curtain.

Centrally located to everything we wanted to do Museums, Shops ,restaurants, train station.

Tony location near to train and attractions

Check-in was easy, including pre-check-in communication to fine-tune time of arrival and minimize wait for the keys. Lift (elevator) was a plus for 3rd (4th) floor apartment; a necessity for some in our party. We were 8 persons and stayed comfortably w/ two on pull-out couch. Bedrooms are spacious. Kitchen and amenities are modern and everything was provided and functioned as advertised. Would stay here again w/ party sufficiently large to justify size / expense.

Second bath was small and w/out bidet. First included failing shower curtain. But I macgyvered it w/ a paper clip and all was sufficient for a great stay w/out annoyance.

A superb apartment in the heart of Florence.

A large apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for 5-6 people. Location was superb, in the heart of Florence Ancient City.

In the room with attached bathroom it was not possible to close the bath door from the room side, (no locking handle) so it remained always open.

No recomendado, necesita mantenimiento urgente

Escogimos el apartamento por disponer de ascensor, no muy habitual en los apartamentos tuísticos en la ciudad. Viajamos con personas mayores y niños, por lo que era un imprescindible. Se debe constatar que hay un pequeño tramos de escaleras en la entrada para acceder al ascensor, y al subir a la tercera planta hay otro pequeño tramo para acceder a la puerta del inmueble, no apto para personas en sillas de ruedas. El apartamento se encuentra muy bien ubicado, con las principales atracciones turísticas entre 10-20 minutos a pie. El chico que se encargó del check in fue amable, hablaba español. Camas cómodas, sábanas y toallas suficientes. Supermercado bien surtido a unos 3 minutos a pie, tienen variedad de productos sin gluten

- Pago de 70 euros por late check in - La calefacción estaba programada todas las noches para apagarse, solicitamos revisión a los anfitriones, no se personaron, pasamos frío. - Había dos edredones extras en los armarios con manchas de sangre, informamos a los anfitriones, no se repusieron o lavaron - El apartamento necesita mantenimiento, paredes sucias, muebles con roturas, caldera que perdía agua, cortina de ducha vieja, está bastante peor de lo que se muestra en fotografías - El sofá cama tenia varias lamas rotas, nadie vino a repararlo o dar alternativa. En nuestro caso dormían dos niños, tuvimos que poner el colchón en el suelo, no apto para adultos - Ventanas antiguas de madera, no aislaban del frío de diciembre. - El extractor de la cocina no estaba conectado al tubo para la salida de humos, cocinamos algo sencillo y el humo se quedó en el interior de la vivienda, tuvimos que ventilar con puertas y ventanas abiertas en el mes de diciembre. - Las tres noches que pernoctamos hubieron vecinos gritando y en estado ebrio, desconocemos si son vecinos permanentes u otros turistas, perturbaron nuestro descanso. - La señal de wifi se perdía continuamente, no recomendado para personas que necesiten una señal estable. - Las camas son de 80 cms, no aptas para adultos corpulentos

Très bien passé, on est très satisfaits

Spacieux , confortable et très calme .Cuisine bien équipée En plein centre historique de Florence Arrêt de bus en bas de l’immeuble. Des restaurants de 5 à 10 minutes à pied. Très très bon emplacement!

La 1 ème chambre à gauche de l’entrée est assez sombre : à signaler le lampadaire ne marche pas.Les accroches de la s.de douche ne tiennent pas les vêtements .La surface des deux tables de chevet est glissante , on ne peut rien poser.Manque de luminosité au dessus du grand miroir . Dans la deuxième salle de douche: à signaler le sol de douche fêlé. À signaler le numéro de l’adresse 24 ,GPS nous a donné le même au niveau d’un magasin de chaussures.Pourquoi deux numéros pareil sur la même rue ?
