The inviting and unique environment

At this location, we could not get the air-conditioning to work. All three units seem to be programmed together and they were not cooling. There was no way we could sleep in an apartment at 86°F. The staff quickly responded and moved us to a different location, which was much more comfortable.

The apartment is centrally located in an area convenient to the Santa Maria Novella train station and most of the places a traveler would want to visit in Florence. The apartment is beautiful and well laid out, and the host was very good with communication, especially considering we did not have an international phone plan and relied on WiFi for communication.
Our daughter especially loved having her own space in the loft.

Excellent location. It is very close to the train station and to all the restaurants and attractions. Unbeatable.
The apartment was rather old. Some of the furnishing were falling off , the tiles was warped, beds were uncomfortable , water tested full of chemicals, basic amenities.
