Las duchas reducidas pero manejable

The property was wonderful. The house was very comfortable and the view great. Beatrice was wonderful and always answered all our questions promptly.

Location. It was more isolated than we thought it would be. We thought we would be near a small town so we could go out to eat. We felt isolated and it was about a 30 minute drive to get anywhere.

The apartment location is great, close to stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and the market, and close to train station. There's a lot of action going on right outside of the apartment. It is a big apartment, has a main floor and a mezanin. 3 bathrooms so its nice to have staying with family or groups. There's an elevator so you only have to climb a couple of stairs to get to the elevator.

The host was late to deliver the keys, we coordinated days in advance, i told him the train and my arrival schedule, then when i arrived i notified him, and still had to wait a lot for him. He was not very nice. In florence, the garbage disposals are located in certain streets. So he told me to take the trash , which is 2 blocks away. There's a cleaning fee of 70 euros. So why do i have to take out the trash and take it 2 blocks away, if they are charging a high cleaning fee !!! Of course i left the garbage in the apartment (go earn that money !! ) The main floor has high ceilings, one bedroom (double bed) , 2 bathrooms, 1 sofa bed. The mezanin has one bedroom and 1 bathroom, the ceiling in the mezanin is so low that you will hit your head so many times. Also the ceiling is made of wood and it smells a lot of humidity. The shower is so tiny , you cannot even bend inside, showering here is an act i should be paid for ! The apartment is very load at night, you can hear everything on the street and the back alley. So you will not sleep very well. The kitchenware was disgusting, the coffee moka had so many stains inside we rather not use it. The kitchen was tiny, and the gas range is not very good, so it makes it very hard to prepare a meal for a family. There's only washing machine, not dryer, and it was very small, not suitable for a family or a group. We stayed in several apartments in Italy, and overall, my family was not very happy with this one.
