We loved the location of the property - it was very convenient to train station and all booked tours. It was beautiful and very old style, built in 1350 but very well maintained and furnished beautifully. A kitchen with all appliances, such as toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, gas hob, washing machine etc. The owner was so helpful, giving very accurate instructions about which tram to take from the airport, restaurant and sightseeing recommendations and assisted us to book an early morning taxi. He also stored our bags after check out until we went to the train station. A very warm, kind and sincere host.

Nothing, it was perfect

I am so glad I chose this apartment! It was very spacious and clean. It is rustic but very charming. The owner and his assistant are SOOOO NICE! They even left a bottle of wine, coffee, tea, cold water in the refrigerator. Very thoughtful! The beds were very comfortable. The location of it is very central, 10 min walk to the train station and not too far away from the center. I would definitely stay there again!

The water from the shower is leaking on the floor. I wish there would be a door or curtain.

Excellent location, super host lovely place.

Living room sofa bed and front bedroom were noisy at night from outside noise. A result of the excellent location.

La ubicación es excelente. Está a tiro de piedra de cualquier sitio de interés en Florencia. Además está rodeado de muchos servicios diferentes. La comunicación con el anfitrión genial, todo por Whatsapp y casi de inmediato. Nos vino a atender personalmente y entregarnos las llaves. Nos dio información muy valiosa sobre restaurantes, heladerías y supermercado. Además tuvo el detalle de obsequiarnos con una botella de vino. El apartamento consta de todo lo necesario. Buen aire acondicionado. La cocina es pequeña pero muy completa, con todo lo necesario. Tiene un buen salón comedor y las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas, incluso la cama del salón, a pesar de ser un sofá cama.

Por ponerle alguna pega, diría que el acceso al 1º piso es un poco complicado al tratarse de una casa muy antigua. Como crítica constructiva para que se pueda solucionar: Hay alguna dificultad a la hora de abrir alguna ventana por lo mismo, son sistemas antiguos. Tampoco vendría mal algún retoque de pintura en algunas zonas y mejorar alguna cortina.
