Da localização e da atenção do administrador e do tamanho do apartamento, que acomodou muito bem 4 pessoas
As luzes de um lustre no centro do quarto acendiam e apagavam sozinhas.
Um banheiro social estava com vazamento no vaso e sem descarga (Isso foi resolvido pelo adm. rapidamente)
O apartamento esta num predio que tem muito barulho de outros hóspedes.
As camas de solteiro eram desconfortáveis.
Quase nao tem tomadas no imóvel

La ubicación es buena porque está a pocas cuadras de la estación de tren y puedes llegar rápido al centro turístico de la ciudad. Las habitaciones están bien y los servicios son buenos. Tiene 1 baño y medio, lo que ayuda mucho al ser 4 personas.
Por la calle lateral hacen bastante ruido y a veces puede ser un poco molesto, adicionalmente hay que subir las maletas un piso entero por escalera lo cual puede ser dificil para gente adulta. También al llegar a pie, hay que tener cuidado con las maletas ya que la acera tiene baches.

Лестницы( Крутая лестница. Вторая ванная комната это только название, это маленькая туалет куда приделали душ. Ты в прямом смысле почти стоишь на унитазе и сверху льет душ. Вторая спальня также очень маленькая. Две кровати раздельные и между ними от силы метр. Основная спальня просторная но там грязно и освещение слабое. В зоне шкафа и сушилки паутина и пыльно очень. Там бы в темной комнате свои бы вещи не потерять, а тут еще депозит берут, боясь что мы что-то унесем. Не знаю мне совсем квартира не понравилась. На один раз пойдет. Повторно бы не взяла.

Very good location
Very good service checking every day that everything is fine
Things could be improved more:
- big bottle of soap and Shampoo would be better than super tiny bottles
- A TV set is always a good things
- rooms were super hot as there is no air conditioning and just ventilators. It costs in term of installation but it would add tremendous value to this property during Summer time
