The temperature was in the 46 F and no heater provided. We were uncomfortably cold during 3 rainy days!

The space was very clean and quiet. It was helpful to have a full sized frig and also a washer for clothes. We also appreciated the full-sized hairdryer.

Using our phones to unlock the outside door and also the apt. door is a problem. Our phones sometimes had no signal, so needed to get a physical key to access. The bed in the bedroom is too small for our taste, but fit the space. Would have been nice to have a chair in the living room space. Seems a lot of unused/wasted cupboards and storage in the living area that could be better used with a chair and side table to make it more livable. It is set up more for an apt. than for travelers. The step down from the kitchen is deceiving, although colored tile, we often tripped off it. The shower is very tiny and not much counter space in the bathroom for toiletries. The staircase going up to the unit could be a little dangerous...one morning a maid had mopped it all, so the steps were wet.

Location. Convenient to walk to all major attractions. Host staff very helpful.

Balcony was below expectations and not worth the money that we paid for the extra. Old building. No lift.

It was very hot in florence during our stay and Air con was not cooling the room so didn't sleep very well, apartment a bit small for three people, would be great for a couple.
