サンタマリアノベッラ駅から近く(徒歩１０分以内)で中心地にも徒歩ですぐに行ける地域でした。施設もすっきりとしていて清潔でした。必要なものはそろっており快適でした。
担当のマムタさんは親しみやすく親切な方でした。連絡も円滑で、チェックインの際、チェックアウト後の荷物一時預かりの件では、わかりやすく教えてもらい、安心して過ごせました。チェックアウトの際に鍵を返してドアを閉めてから、忘れ物をしたことに気付きました。連絡すると、こちらの観光予定に合わせて受け取れるように手配してくれました。
初めてのフィレンツェで、たった一泊の滞在でしたが、安心して美術館と街の雰囲気を楽しむことができました。ぜひ、また訪れたいです。

- El tamaño del apartamento está muy bien, tiene 2 baños completos y 2 sofás grandes en el salón.
- La ubicación cerca de Santa María Novella viene muy bien para traslados.
- Tiene mucha vajilla en la cocina.
- La cama de matrimonio es pequeña y el cuarto es muy difícil de ventilar.
- El fregadero y los sofás no estaban demasiado limpios al llegar. El estropajo de la cocina debería ser nuevo, no el de los anteriores inquilinos.
- La salida del aire acondicionado estaba llena de polvo.

La 2e douche est ridiculement petite. J’ai eu mieux au Japon. Les 2 douches avaient des problèmes de fonctionnement
