Great location but I believe we could have found another one with better service.

Location was great. Easy to get to and close to the train station. We walked all over Florence from the apartment.

The apartment was one of a group run by a company so they were driven by profit, not customer service. There was no tea towel or a wine opener and their solution was for us to go out and buy one. We asked for extra towels (with 5 travelers, extra towels are essential). They would not provide, only if we paid more money. We asked for sheets for the pull out couch so we would be more comfortable (having your own bed vs sharing a small double). Same response, we were 5 ppl and could pay more for the sheets if we wanted them. Wifi went out on our last night and the support group did not respond to our request.

Sewage smell in winter at top of 3 flights ofsteep narrow stairs

Close to train station and Piazza Santa Maria Novella

Horrendous sewage smell in apartment which we tracked down to the shower in the main bedroom. Company did not offer any solution except excuse that it’s an old apartment. Had to sleep in living room the first night and block off shower drainage hole with towels. This is really a 1 toilet apartment. Access is third floor by steep narrow dark staircase. Not suitable for those with elderly, heavy bags or any physical difficulties at all.

Solid location in Venice - must have strong legs.

Location was excellent and the apartment is comfortable

The biggest dislike was the three flights of narrow and very steep stairs, we had only carry on luggage, I can’t imagine trying to carry full size bags up those stairs. Also, the “en-suite” bathroom is a shower stall in the corner of the bedroom and a water closet that is just that - a literal tiny closet that barely fits the toilet.

I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

They do not advise you that it is on the third floor, with no elevator access and three stories of stairs that are very steep. We could not walk up those stairs. To get the luggage up was a very big hassle. The stairs width is the size of one person only and can barely fit one person and one bag at a time. The hosts are not accommodating and do not actually care for those staying there. They did not care for our situation nor for us. They just wanted our money and to hell with the rest.

la ubicación es Perfecta, pudimos movernos caminando a varios de los puntos clave de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias.

Las escaleras para llegar al apartamento son horribles y más cuando vas con maletas. No hay espacio y están super inclinadas y oscuras

As escadas para o terceiro andar,muito estreitas e com os degraus já estragados, e um certo geiro a esgoto que depois percebemos que havia em toda a cidade.
