No breakfast was included in my deal. The size of the room and the comfort of the bed; the location; the helpfulness of the off-site Hotel staff (thanks Golnaz!), who helped me understand the directions to register and pick up 'keys"--they are more uptodate and could be confusing for an old-fashioned person like me.
Clearer communication before the day of the visit on how to check in digitally; a map of the location of the auxiliary facilities before hand to prepare us. It's difficult to be outside the gate and then have to register to get the codes.
