Nice private apartment in busy Milan

Very cosy small hotel with spacious rooms located within easy walking distance to train station and all the attractions. There was a lot of privacy which was great. Danielle had been kind to respond promptly to my messages and queries.

An exceptional stay: safe, comfortable and truely welcoming!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better, less than a 5 minute walk from the train which made it both safe and incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, very quiet throughout our stay, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The shower water was always hot with excellent pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff truly made the experience special. Matteo and Daniele were beyond helpful, patiently assisting with every question I had. When the coffee machine stopped working, Erikson arrived promptly, fixed the issue right away, and was an absolute pleasure to meet. I also had the chance to meet the resident manager, Ambra, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She shared fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and even introduced us to a wonderful jeweler in the city. My mother and I felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, it was a perfect experience from start to finish.

Beautiful room a few steps from the Firenze main train station- well worth a stay if you arrive by train and want to exp

Very warm welcome by Daniele and the receptionists from the Joy hotel. The room was located in an apartment building a few steps away. Room beautifully outfitted with all amenities that we desired. Free water and coffee was provided. Small coffee shop just below the entrance for the breakfast.

You need to upload your documents and pay the tourist tax online which was a bit cumbersome but not a big issue.

The location was perfect. The design of the room was glowing. Bathroom was spacious. Free coffee, water, tea and cookies were available. Contactless check in and check out was very cool. The room was big and the bed was like a dream.

Large and beautifully decorated room Comfortable bed Very clean and nice to have daily housekeeping Coffee machine/microwave available Location was great, very central and next to the train station We could leave our bags at the hotel after check out.

You can hear the other rooms, but overall I would recommend this place!

Schönes Zimmer gleich in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof Firenze SMN

Die nahe Lage zum Bahnhof war uns wichtig. Unser Zimmer war konfortabel mit einem grossen Bad und sogar einem Balkon. Das Frühstück ist nicht im Zimmerpreis inbegiffen. Gleich unten am Haus hat es jedoch ein nettes Café. Sehr positiv: Wir durften jederzeit die sehr freundliche Reception vom Joy-Hotel kontaktieren.

Da das Zimmer in einem Appartement-Haus liegt, hat es keine eigene Reception. Der Eintritt in das Haus und Appartement benötigt ein Smartphone und ist etwas kompliziert. Das Haus liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse, die nachts jedoch nicht gross hörbar war.

Buena ubicacaión, junto a la estación de tren y cerca del Duomo.

La ubicación está muy bien, muy cerca de la estación de tren y a un paseíto corto hasta la plaza del Duomo. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje hasta la hora del check in en un hotel cercano que nos ayudó con los código de entrada. Fueron muy amables.

Hvis man er sensitiv så kan man godt høre toget udenfor, men vi bor selv i byen og synes ikke at det var et problem. Aircondition virkede ikke 100%, den blæste men rummet blev aldrig helt koldt

La completa autonomia ed indipendenza, la pulizia e la vicinanza alla stazione.

Se ci potesse essere maggiore elasticità negli orari di check-in, sarebbe ottimo. È evidente che ci sono dei tempi tecnici da rispettare per le pulizie ed il rassettamento delle camere, ma ridurre l'attesa di un paio d'ore, anziché le tassative ore 15, renderebbe il tutto ancora migliore.
