Great location, easy check in and just like it was advertised

This property was in an excellent location, 5 min walk from the train station and 25 mins walk to the main attractions. Exactly like the pictures and description.

Great value for money! Perfect location if not staying long in Florence and need to be close to the main train station.

Spacious, featuring modern design and cozy for a group of 5. We had the loft apartment. Very clean and the great location being only 6 minutes away from the Santa Maria Novella train station. Felt safe even at night. Great appliances and with the basic necessities for cooking. Great shower pressure. Our contact person Esther was great: quick to respond, friendly, efficient, and even sent us recommendations for dining, shopping, places to visit, etc..

Lack of lift although that was described on the features of the property. You need to climb three short flights of stairs not suitable if you have heavy luggage but nothing to worry about if just carrying a carry on and backpack.

This very comfortable accommodation is a quick 6 or 7-minute walk from Seoul Station, offering incredibly convenient access to all tourist public transport links. The place appears newly renovated, and the generous owner has provided excellent amenities, including a washing machine with a drying function—perfect for keeping your packing light and your clothes fresh!

Please note that, like many homes in Seoul, the house is located on a small hill. You may need to push luggage slightly uphill upon arrival, but most guests find the effort minor.

Place is very moldy. For those with alergies, it could be very difficult like myself. Noise outside was unbearable. Maybe its great for young group of friends to stay, for those who stay up late and arrive back to the apartment with rest of the crowed at 3 am.

Quiet, comfortable and great layout for our group.

Very comfortable and quiet. It was really well laid out for our group of five. Nice spaces to eat/chat together, a nice private space on the top loft and more open spaces on the middle loft. Completely equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Nice big patio too. We were delighted to be greeted in person after some previous negative experiences with key pads and demonstration videos. Definitely our best stay of the four places we used in Italy.

Really nothing! But none of us are good with a Moka so we would’ve loved a simple pod coffee machine.

- Un authorized access happened by the person in charge to the apartment while I was not there. - Very old building, the apartment the second floor, high stairs and no lift. - Poor kitchen amenities.

Excellent stay, would highly recommend

Coco apartments were spacious and comfortable. The host met us upon arrival and showed us around and provided some recommendations of places to visit and restaurants which was helpful. The apartment was clean and well organised and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Mosquito infested!

The space and proximity to the train station.

The amount of mosquitos that were staying with us is absolutely insane. Every single one of us left with bug bites. I wish I took pictures of the amount of mosquitos that I killed or the bites on our bodies.

The hosts and personnel were very friendly and helpful (food recommendations were great) and the location of the apartment was excellent (you can go everywhere by foot). The apartment was spotless when we moved in. If security is a factor for you the apartment had a secure door with thick bolts and a safe as well.

There was still a lot of traffic in via della scala at night which we could hear from the bedroom (but there seemed to be other apartments with windows in other directions as well)

The apartment was spacious, the bathroom exceptionally clean, well equipped and maintained, staff warmly responsive, everything was perfect

The only smallest hiccup was the inside of the Moca pot hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time- I clean every part after every use, so perhaps this not the custom in Italy😊

Perfect location for us, very nice, friendly and clean

Was so nice and accommodating and allowed us to bring our luggage early which was so hopeful.

It is a little loud in the main bedroom at night just from traffic but nothing that can really be done about that we just listened to some relaxing night time music to block out the noise a bit, but the apartment is beautiful and would def stay again.

Wonderful and helpful host

Very friendly and helpful host. Helped us find alternative transport out of Florence when Italy declared a train strike. Close to train station and laundromat. Short walk to restaurants and city centre. We were able to leave our luggage in the room after checkout.

Very nice apartment at walking distance of most attractions.

Close to city center. 20min walk to Duomo. On a very busy street but the apartment is located at the back of the building. You do not hear noises from the street. Large appartement with own parking lot next door (extra). Clean, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher and wash machine available.

Just a few short blocks from SMN train station, clean, and SO charming!!

Cosimo met us at the door to hand over the keys, show us around the flat and answer any questions we had. He followed up by sending me a list of recommended restaurants and sites close to the flat. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very close to the SMN train station. The a/c was cold, the beds were comfy, and the building and its character were lovely. There is a large walk-in closet on the third floor. And check out the platform for the bed on the third floor. It is made from reclaimed beams - so cool!!

If I had to choose something, the showers were small. So if you're looking for a large spacious shower (we weren't), you will not find that here. And the three floors are open - with stunning beams and architecture - so sound travels throughout the flat. These items didn't matter to us so we had a fabulous stay!
