유럽 여행 전체 여정 중 최고의 숙소 중 하나입니다. 저렴하면서도 위치가 좋고 시설은 현대식에 깔끔하고 편하게 지냈습니다. 크기도 커요. 에어컨은 매우 성능이 좋았습니다. 체크인 과정도 편리하고 호스트의 대응도 빨랐습니다.

침대 매트리스가 다른 모든 훌륭한 장점에 비해 조금 아쉬어요.

Appartement bien équipé. Situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare centrale mais plutôt 25 min pour les lieux historiques et les musées. Les informations ont été transmises à temps et très claires ! Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages avant le check-in et après le check-out cela nous a permis de profiter de la ville sans les sacs. Le hôte a été à l’écoute et disponible pour répondre à nos demandes.

The location was great, close to Santa Maria Novella train station and less than 10 minute walk to the grocery store.

The landlord was not clear about us needing to be there before 2:00 pm, otherwise he would not meet us. The was not ready - hair on he floor in the kitchen, bathroom and downstairs bedroom, food left in the freezer, dirty dishes, empty laundry detergent left under sink, dirty sponge to wash dishes, 1/2 roll toilet paper, 1/2 roll of paper towels, and only 3 bath towels for a 5 night stay for 4 people. The loft bedroom was not made up and was told, “you didn’t let me know you wanted it made up.” He begrudgingly came over and restocked the supplies. He offered to have cleaning people in the next day, but we were not comfortable with all of our things there. The owner said e would refund us 1 night stay for the inconvenience and for us having to clean. He did not refund us the 1 night stay and I had to go directly to booking.com, who read our messages and provided a refund.
