Everything was completely seamless and perfect. We especially appreciated the host's exceptional responsiveness; when we encountered a few missing bedsheets and towels upon arrival, they resolved the issue almost immediately. This outstanding communication and quick problem-solving are precisely why our experience easily earned a solid 10/10. The apartment is located within walking distance of practically everything.

Location- Great location. In Oltarno which is quieter, but really close to the center. You can walk everywhere. Do not recommend having a car in Florence. It can really be a hassle. Travel by train and if you want to go to la toscana, rent a car while you are there.
Spacious enough for the 5 of us.
Friendly staff- Raj was friendly and ready to answer all of our inquiries.
Some stains on the rugs give a bad impression. I would have them laundered.
One flight of narrow stairs to get to the apt so not suitable for people with disabilities. No problem for us

El apartamento está muy bien situado: al otro lado del rio Arno, pero en pocos minutos se llegan a todos los puntos de interés de Florencia. Tenia todas las comodidades para hacer nuestra estancia buena, equipamiento en la cocina y en el baño, limpieza y comodidad de las camas. Por poner un punto negativo, pero que no es culpa del alojamiento, son las escaleras que para una persona con problemas de movilidad son muy estrechas y empinadas. En definitiva, un apartamento para tener en cuenta para alojarse en Florencia.

Location. Flexible with arrival and departure.
Stated that there was a washer, but upon arrival it wasn’t working. Owner was aware of this but didn’t post anything about it being broken. Clothes got locked in and took up quite a bit of time to get out. Owner just recommended going to laundromat.
