It would be so much easier for us to find the apartment if you give the number not the name of the

I found it really, really difficult to re lock the key!!!! To the point I’d practised 4 times before I left. Then the morning off I gave myself 15mins to lock it and it all that time! I was so scared and stressed! It also opened before I’d finished the final number one day. Sorry!!

Great stay for a limited budget.

The little kitchenette was serviceable, the bathroom was quirky and I loved the skylight in the shower. The location is roughly 20mins walk from the main attractions in Florence which was great. It was the most affordable accomodation I could find for 4 days for two people.

The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and there was hair in the shower. Bring mosquito spray in autumn, they will eat you alive at night! Be mindful that the staircase to the room are very steep and the steps to the shower are irregular should you have mobility issues.

Needs some TLC

Location was great! Bed was comfy

The rooms were damp with no natural light! However, you have to remember that this is an old building in Florence! The sockets in the wall were wonky and you couldn't plug the TV in or standard lamps as they didn't fit! A settee and tv in the first part would have made it more comfy!

Shame the cleanliness is so bad. Bedbugs just arent acceptable.

Location is great, close to center but also very quiet.

Bedbugs. Got bitten just from laying down on the bed. There were anti-insect devices in every room, it seems a bug infestation happened recently. Very dissapointed.

We loved our stay here and our time in Florence !

Location was great , quiet street but easy to walk anywhere and close to Piazza Santo Spirito which was fabulous for bars and restaurants . Very comfortable bed .

There was a slight damp smell so didn’t use the cubby hole to hang clothes . Wi-Fi was a bit patchy using the suggested ext WiFi name but fine once we’d figured it out .

Humid and unable to open the only window in the suite

The suite is well located in Santo Spirito area, I believe it is a great plus. The suite is well decorated and bed was comfortable. The cleaness was acceptable and bathroom renovated, we were two average weight girls, we managed to use the shower. However, I believe the shower size was definitely unfit to be used by a man or someone with an above avarage weight.

There was no window, I suffer from allergies and a humid environment with no possibility to ventilate the room was not acceptable. I believe it has to be more pointed out in the description of the suite. The only window was in the back of the bedroom but we did not managed to open it, it looked like it was somehow blocked.

Nice little apartment in old town Florence

Great location in old town of Florence. Close to amenities and the vibe of Santa Spirito. The apartment was clean and the owner couldn't have been more accommodating.

Good

Perfect location, easy communication via messaging from host. 7 Minutes walk from train station We were on first floor so not to far up the stairs. Clean room Small bathroom and kitchenette, microwave, hob, fridge. So handy if you do want to cook Air con and tv, comfy Bed. Towels provided & Hairdryer. Supermarket very close by, left out of property then left and couple of doors down which was handy. Close to all sights

Access is not via the beautiful pictures in advertising it's a different door and interior. Which I feel is a little unfair, but the pictures of the room in which I stayed was correct Quite loud but that's not a reflection on the host , just what it is. Windows and shutters are a little tired. THIS IS JUST FOR INFORMATION....There is no lift , just in case you have mobility issues.

Slow wifi, toilet sink has a problem (it’s leaking water), toilet glass curtain is broken, it looks a lot more luxurious in the pictures than reality, a bit expensive for what it is

Passable

The only redeeming feature of this place was it's location. Great location to access every famous sight in Florence, and excellent food around. 2 min walk to the ponte Vecchio. we would stay in this area again.

Negatives: 1. The musty smell of this place is extremely unbearable. As soon as you enter the apartment it smells like wet and rotting wood. Combined with the fact there were no windows or natural light in here, it felt like a cold and damp basement. 2. bugs in the shower and mosquitoes everywhere. there's a strange closet area by the bed which is probably where they came from. 3. The 30 euro fee for cleaning is ridiculous; the place was not clean enough to warrant this price.

Reasonable for a couple of nights.

Location was great, really enjoyed the location near the gardens. Communication was good.

The very loud air con machine. It was like a WW2 spitfire taking off, hard to sleep with it on. Additionally, it’s a series of flats, so don’t think you’re getting all those pictures which can be misleading.

Great location near Firenze centre. All kitchen needs were available (a moka pot, kettle, frigde etc.) The owner Sauro was friendly and polite.

The bed was not so comfortable and the air conditioner works loudly and spread a bad smell, I think the filter should be changed as soon as possible.

The picture of the apartment not corresponds to the actual flat. It's like day and night. If I knew I am booking that very small apartment I would spend more money and find smth bigger. The owner of the Santo Spirito suits need to put different pictures according to the price you pay. The shower was very small. My son is very tall and he was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately the apartment wasn't clean at all. With hair in the shower, kitchen, bed. Unfortunately, worst experience ever.

Nice private room with a kitchenette

Didn't see staff but in the messages the owner was nice, and left us a free bottle of Chianti wine. Nice little room with a kitchenette for a very decent price. Powerful air conditioner, which you will appreciate in the Florence heat.

There were renovations on the building across the street that started early in the morning and were loud. Not the apartment's fault but just annoying in the morning.

1) We are in 2023, providing an Internet / Wi-Fi service is basic and fundamental. If it is said that the location has WI-FI, it has to actually have it, not even say it. This place provided very bad wi fi service, when it claimed to provide it. And the 4G connection in that place was almost impossible. Booking should be more careful that we effectively provide the service that is offered. I feel cheated. 2) If a soggiorno tax is charged by the city and it is collected by the owner, the owner must provide a receipt for that payment, always. Booking should demand it. Otherwise it is an abuse.

The host is very nice and helpful. Great location. Easy walk to historic center. For a small place it was very thoughtful in providing everything you really need. Clever use of space. Nicely put together.

The Wi-Fi was slow and didn’t always work. Could use a screen on the window to keep out mosquitoes.

The location is excellent, close to attractions. The host is very nice.

The rooms are quite warm in the summer, so you need to use the stand-alone mini air conditioner, which is a bit noisy.

Pessimo. Sporco e freddo!

La posizione

La struttura si è rivelata sporca e molto fredda. Abbiamo dovuto attendere diverse ore prima che venissero accesi i condizionatori e abbiamo trascorso il primo giorno al freddo. La pulizia generale era del tutto inaccettabile. Nonostante le nostre segnalazioni e l’intervento di Booking, la struttura non ha mai fornito alcuna soluzione, non ci ha contattati e non ha nemmeno risposto a Booking, che aveva richiesto un rimborso a nostro favore. Uno dei tre appartamenti presentava il riscaldamento solo nella camera da letto, mentre ingresso e bagno erano gelidi; situazione inaccettabile considerando che l’alloggio era stato prenotato per una famiglia con un bambino. Malgrado i ripetuti messaggi e le segnalazioni ufficiali, la struttura non si è degnata di contattarci. L’unica comunicazione ricevuta è stata per verificare che avessimo lasciato la tassa di soggiorno prima della partenza. Prezzo assolutamente non adeguato al servizio offerto. Esperienza estremamente negativa, servizio inaccettabile.

Hemos vueltos constipados por el frío y la humedad que había en el alojamiento. No hemos querido denunciarlo antes porqu

Lo céntrico que está.

Humedad, mosquitos, mucho frío, moho en el armario. Cafetera rota, vitro cerámica rota, la puerta no se puede cerrar con llave y tiene un cristal que tampoco se puede cerrar por lo que la seguridad es nula. La alfombra del salón llena de manchas y sucia. Realmente una decepción y me gustaría poner una reclamación.
