L'appartement est très bien placé, proche de tout sans être dans le centre historique. Il est confortable, juste assez grand pour nous quatre, et tout à fait propre. Surtout, les gens au bout de la ligne Whattsapp, au nom des hôtes, sont très réactifs et très aidants. Nous avons du commander un taxi pour aller à l'aéroport de nuit, mais ne parlons pas italien, ils l'ont fait pour nous très gentiment !
Il manque un peu de vaisselle, c'est un peu juste pour quatre personnes. Et la poignée d'ouverture du réfrigérateur était cassée. Mais rien de vraiment gênant pour un court séjour à Florence ! Les voisins ont parfois un peu bruyants le soir...Il ne faut pas se coucher trop tôt !

Localização maravilhosa. Apartamento aconchegante. Vale muito a pena. A funcionária foi muito solícita, encontrando local para secarmos roupa perto.
Ralo do box do banheiro não dá vazão suficiente para a água da ducha. De forma que ficamos tomando banho em uma poça de água enorme. Os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores.

Great location - close to city center. An hour earlier check-in was nice.
An apartment with four beds close to the city center for three male friends sounds perfect, doesn’t it? Still, we did find just one double bed and one single bed prepared for the three of us, when arriving at the property. The double bed was with one coversheet only. We called the staff and asked for one more bed or at least for one more coversheet. The reply from their end was, that we should pay 30 euro even for the additional coversheet… …. and the lady just hang up the phone. We are really disappointed.
