Location was good. Our host met us at the apartment. Also was able to provide us a parking space for our rental car which was very handy.

The location is perfect and the apartment is very spacious. The directives were clear and there was a lot of supplies! I highly recommend.
The AC is working more like a fan. So the air was on us and perfect at night but coming in from outside, the fresh air wasn’t in the whole apartment.

Super central, reasonably clean, coffee machine and basic kitchen equipment available. Friendly and available owners.

Location is perfect for everything we needed to accomplish in Florence. The apt is on the ground floor so easily accessible. The extra sitting room is a real plus.
The a/c is not adequate to cool the entire apartment and it remained humid in the Florence heat. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. The cold water in the kitchen doesn’t work only hot. The krupps coffee machine doesn’t work properly. The bathroom smells like a sewer! The plumbing needs repair!
