Fantastic location in the heart of Florence—truly 100/10. Most major attractions were only a 5–10 minute walk away, which made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself is compact but functional. The kitchen is small but practical for short stays. The shower is extremely small and may be difficult or uncomfortable for larger guests.

Smell of barThe main concern during our stay was a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, which significantly affected overall comfort. If this issue is addressed, the apartment would be a very good place to stay. Parking was another important issue. The listing suggested parking was available, but in reality it was a paid garage service. The price communicated in advance (€24/night) was later €42/night. Additionally, upon arrival around 11:30 pm, we were informed that nearby garages were closed and we would need to wait until the next day. This was not expected and made the late-night arrival quite difficult, as we had to find street parking farther away and return by Uber. It would be helpful if the parking information in the listing clearly reflects the actual cost and real late-night availability so future guests can plan properly.hroom

Arredamento carino ed accogliente; posizione centralissima e comodissima. Presenza di prodotti essenziali per cucinare (sale, olio, ecc…)

La struttura presenta un pulito appariscente ma sporco insediato: pentole, posate e tovagliette sporche (volevamo lavarle ma piuttosto impossibilitati vista la presenza di una spugnetta altrettanto sporca e pur volendo utilizzarla mancanza di detersivo per piatti, essenziale in degli appartamenti di breve durata); non mi soffermerei sulle dimensioni del bagno visto che erano evidenti nelle foto ma piuttosto per il lentissimo scorrimento di acqua nel lavabo, il vetro della doccia instabile e, interno di quest’ultimo sporco di capelli (non nostri); unico specchio presente nell’appartamento è in bagno, alto e distante (in proporzione).

The location is excellent! At the heart of most touristic attractions. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay.

The shower is pretty small, but water pressure is good.

Il riscaldamento super efficiente, il wi fi e la posizione centralissima dell"appartamento.

Il bagno piccolissimo, il box doccia si smontava mentre facevi la doccia,La vaschetta del water perdeva ricaricando rumorosamente tutta la notte, il phon aveva una presa schuko e ho dovuto staccare il frigo perché nn c"erano altre prese dove entrasse, aveva un diffusore ma nn si adattava al phon ,era presente la TV ma il cavo dell"antenna nn era adatto(maschio con maschio)insomma anche se all"apparenza sembrava ci fosse tutto la metà delle cose nn funzionava o nn era utilizzabile.
