The location

Location was very good - within walking distance to main attractions. Apartment was comfortable and well-appointed for our family of four. Recently renovated. Beds and pillows very comfortable.

Although the apartment has a washing machine, a clothes drying rack not provided - not a big deal we used coat hangers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Uno dei principali punti di forza è sicuramente la **posizione**, comoda per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni e i punti di interesse della zona. Un altro aspetto molto positivo è stata la disponibilità e la gentilezza dell’**host**, sempre cordiale e attento alle nostre esigenze. Le **stanze sono abbastanza spaziose**, confortevoli e dotate di **aria condizionata**, un dettaglio particolarmente apprezzato durante il soggiorno. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza positiva e consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura a chi cerca una sistemazione comoda, accogliente e ben posizionata.

L’appartamento si trova all’interno di una struttura universitaria, con affaccio sul giardino frequentato dagli studenti e presenza di un bar. La posizione è comoda, ma l’ambiente universitario può risultare poco tranquillo e poco adatto a chi cerca privacy e relax.

The Location is very good. Walking distance to Florence Center. Nice Vintage decoration.

The Check-in procedure was horrible. On booking was not an accurate address and there were no information provided that you need to Check in at a Cafe. After finding the right person, Cristina was very helpful and kind. There were complaints about the Check-in from earlier guests in the reviews but the host didn't adjust anything, this is just bad management. The Kitchen has almost nothing to cook with and there are no essentials like salt, oil or anything. it's not even a real kitchen, it's built in a cuboard. I can not recommend this place for families.
