Location right in the centre.
The only small negative is the steep stairs the apartment on 3rd floor.

Excellent location near the Duomo, affordable, clean and well kept apartment, easy self check-in.
Late check-in after 5pm. However very appreciative of flexibility with being able to leave luggage prior to check-in.

The reasons I like this apt. are its cleanliness and its proximity to major attractions.
It is on the 4th floor (or 3rd floor as per European) and no elevator.
