Location, Location, Location!

Very nice apartment in the perfect location! Literally minutes to everything you want to see in Florence! We could get to the Uffizzi, Palazzo Vecchio, and Ponte Vecchio in less than 5 minutes. One block from the Arno as well. The street was perfect - lots of bars and restaurants right outside the door, including an amazing gelato shop and all'antico vinaio - a must-stop for amazing focaccia sandwiches! Piero was a super gracious host, meeting us at check in and helping to answer any questions we had. He also invited us to his restaurant, Toto, which is less than 10 min walk from the apartment. We had a wonderful dinner there (chianina steaks were amazing)! The bedrooms were very spacious and having two bathrooms was perfect for our group. The washing machine was a great plus as well (although the drying rack was broken).

Only two opportunities for improvement: 1. The common area needed more seating. Notably absent was a couch. The common area is very small, but a small couch or other chairs could fit under the stairs. 2. Kitchen was spartan. It got us what we needed, since we ate out all the time, but don't expect to cook here. For groups of 8, we needed more coffee :)

sits in the city, have all the convenient and plus silent night of sleep with the sound proof windows, very important for a light sleeper like me. The shower rooms and toilets are modern decorated. the whole house is classic Italy style and tide. Host is very friendly and welcoming. if you like Italy movies, you might feel like live in one of the house in the movie. 100%recommended.

Great location and comfortable flat

Great apartment in the heart of Florence. Our host was friendly and helpful. The kitchen had a large refridgerator with freezer. Everything worked great. There was an elevator to take our luggage up!

the location, the comfortable beds, the space, and the modern bathrooms

no tissue, napkins, paper towels, laundry detergent, or dishwasher detergent. had to purchase our own didn’t provide extra toilet paper, bath towels, or trash bags. had to buy our own trash bags and take trash down the street. also didn’t realize it’s only a washer and not a dryer the hair dryer also broke, was very old. but the owner did bring a new one to the unit for us

amazing stay!!!

Everything: the location was right in the city centre on a road full of places where to eat good food! The host has been fantastic, helping us a lot!!! the flat was big and with 3 different rooms and 2 bathrooms so we all had our privacy; the amenities were new and you can see that it has been renovated not long ago. In the en-suite bathroom there was a double shower: loved it!!!

Posto centralissimo, struttura grande e funzionale, appartamento in ordine

Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto lasciare le valigie al garage per alcune ore, non c’è nella struttura un luogo in cui lasciarle. Consiglio di mettere più bicchieri in cucina un tappo nel bidet di uno dei bagni, qualche canovaccio in più e pastiglie per la lavastoviglie…ma sono sottigliezze, solo un consiglio.

Inoubliable

Emplacement et appartement exceptionnel Logement très propre, confortable, calme et très bien pensé car il ne manque rien : serviettes de toilette, shampooing/gel douche, climatisation, tv dans chaque chambre… Le canapé lit était même déjà prêt ! Parfait. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner un jour… Très bonne communication avec l’hôte. Il manquait peut être juste des informations complémentaires à mettre dans l’appartement pour les poubelles.
