Authentic, spacious, excellent location

Authentic, spacious, excellent location, everything was comfortable, communicative host - in the historic region, walk distance all historic areas. wifi signal all over the apartment, good reliable internet, ac over the beds so when heater is not enough, we used ac to heat the rooms. located near market and beautiful caffee rainer (serves all home made stuff) so it was very useful. kitchen is full of kitchenware to cook if you prefer. beds are comfortable, rooms are all clean. we didn’t use the room upstairs, it could be fun just to stay in that room with sun rising in the morning

main bedroom is facing busy morning traffic. it gets loud after 7am. same room gets colder than other rooms. radiator was glowing hot but surprisingly room was very cold (it was 3C outside feels like 1C), I think it is because the building is maintained with historic requirements and windows are wooden and not PVC. AC was positioned in great spot so we didn’t feel the cold, it was just surprising how radiator was so hot yet how cold room was at night. be mindful about ZTL restrictions if you are coming with car. apartment is located inside ZTL area and right before city camera that fines automatically if you pass through between ZTL restricted hours.

Bad

unfortunately a negative experience. The apartment is far from what is shown in the pictures. The wall in the bedroom has started to fall off due to moisture, the door handle is not fastened and can fall out. Immediately upon arriving at the apartment, we called and wanted to go to another app because this type of apartment should not be rented, they did not want to give us a refund. which would mean that we are forced to pay for both- this app and the new one. all the time they make a fool of you that they solved the problem, but they just painted the wall.

Air conditioner, fridge all in good condition . Location close to attactions

The place smells of cigarette smoke. The walls need a wash and coat of paint, fill holes in wall, upstairs bed uncomfortable. Provide plug for kitchen sink and some washing powder for washing machine. Repair tap in kitchen. My son ended up covered with mosquito bites ??? in the upstairs room. Clean up mound in bathroom. Overall needs a massive clean up.

The management was very personable and reactive. The pictures were way better then the actual space. It did provide shelter from rain and protection from the elements….

Well for starters it was very noisy. Jackhammering started first thing in the morning and continued all day. Didn’t like the location much either. The apartment did not feel like a comfortable space or home rental it felt more like housing property Managed by people that have never stayed there. Renters across the hall mistakenly thought our apt was theirs and put the keys in the door and ended locking up us in the apartment. So we couldn’t leave until the other half of our party returned with the keys. As far as the apartment goes, The bed in the upstairs bedroom was absolutely terrible. Worn out box spring and mattress. And pillows to match. Not comfortable at all. Every time you move, you groan as the sag in in the middle of the bed lets you know it’s worn out. Downstairs bed that is in the living space is comfortable. But it’s literally the living room. Why not put the comfortable bed upstairs? The kitchen(ette?) was functionable but really a dead space and uncomfortable. The kitchen faucet while working was extremely loose. The shower head was old and tired.

No elevator. Steep and cramped staircase. Cramped rooms with hardly any space to move around and keep the luggage. Gas knobs not working. The owner didn’t send the self check details till last minute. Late check out option not available.

All over a nice stay!

Good location, only ten minutes from the centre. Next to the house there is also one really nice pizza restaurant, an irish pub, pharmacy and market.

The only thing I would like to mention is the smell of mold i could feel and the pillows that must be replaced immediately!!

Extremely poor! Horrible!

it has a nearby supermarket very convinient to cook in the property.

Horrible smell! stinks of cigarrett. Got sick of cough the minute I stepped in. They charge €50 extra for the late check in, however they arrived 15 minutes late after we arrived, we were with our child out in the rain trying to contact them without luck.The sockets of the apartment are too old, so none of the electronic devices fittet to charge, they left an adapter but didnt work either. Bedding is questionable with very old and unfitted pillows, furniture is falling in pieces, dishes were not well washed… it was a shame to stay there.

Centre is near

2nd floor, no lift.. good for young people. my parents stayed for 10 nights and couldn't sleep, there's a dog barking at night on the 1st floor. There's so much noise in the morning. Dirty socks in the cupboard, kitchen also☹

Practicamente nada. Muy sucio, viejísimo, falta de una rehabilitación completa y cambio de muebles. No se puede poner al mercado un apartamento, en estas condiciones. Horrible.

Todo. No tiene microondas, TV. La segunda habitación que anuncian, está dentro de la vivienda, pero hay que subir otra planta con más de 15 escalones. El apartamento está en una segunda planta, subiendo por unas escaleras comunitarias, llenas de mugre y falta de una buena mano de pintura. Instalación eléctrica viejísima. Me quedé sin luz a las 08:00h un Domingo y tuve que bajar, al cuarto de contadores ( 2 plantas abajo), para subir el automático del contador. Esto es inadmisible.

E’ stato orribile, un’enorme delusione

Tutto !!! La caldaia il giorno che siamo arrivati non funzionava e ci siamo dovuti fare la doccia con l’acqua fredda Lavandino di un bagno perdeva acqua. Cucina sporca e unta. Mobili rotti e stendibiancheria non utilizzabile. Asciugacapelli rotto e unto. Letti scomodissimi ed eravamo cinque in una stanza a mo di camerata militare con quattro letti già preparati lì’ e il quinto si è aggiunto perché un letto era nel sottotetto che col caldo che c’era era impossibile starci e quindi una persona ha dormito col materasso atterra nella stessa stanza. La chicca fantastica è stata che il giorno dopo, dopo una giornata fuori al caldo quando siamo tornati siamo rimasti chiusi fuori perché la chiave non apriva la porta d’ingresso e abbiamo dovuto aspettare un fabbro per poterci far entrare

La struttura è estremamente sporca e tutto cade a pezzi. Apri una finestra e ti cade addosso la tendina, ti appoggi al tavolo in cucina e cedono tutte le gambe. In sala la struttura di una vecchia brandina infilata sotto la scala e le imbottiture dei, presumo, relativi cuscini ammassati tra il muro e il divano. Sembra più un appartamento utilizzato per stipare vecchi mobili che sarebbero da portare in discarica. La maggior parte delle prese elettriche non funziona.

Está bien para 1 o 2 noches. Hay que subir al dpto por escaleras.Con varias maletas se complica . El agua caliente se agota y para poder bañarte hay que esperar,para un grupo de 5-6 integrantes es complicado.
