Great location—not a great property
The location of the apartment is in the center of Florence and is an easy walk to the train station. All communication for checking in was well coordinated and easy to follow.
One of the big negatives is how small the second bathroom is. It’s not really functional at all with the size of the shower and sink so it should just be a toilet. While we stayed there, loud noises outside the apartment and below the windows woke everyone up at 4:00 in the morning and continued for a couple hours. The host didn’t know about this, apparently, but didn’t compensate any of the miscommunication. Also, we were told there was baggage storage but received no notice that there was a high fee until we got to the location sent to us by the host. This was another big negative of the experience.

Centrale ma... Molto deludente
La posizione è centralissima,a un passo dai più bei monumenti e da molti locali e bistrot.
Le foto migliorano tantissimo l' appartamento, che in realtà è molto buio. Tutte le finestre, tranne una, danno all' interno del palazzo. Uno dei bagni, in particolare, era maleodorante, e il bidet era incastrato nel muro quindi non si poteva utilizzare comodamente. Avremmo apprezzato qualche asciugamani in più e magari almeno una bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto. La proprietaria non l' abbiamo mai vista, anche se era raggiungibile telefonicamente. Nessun consiglio su dove andare, all' interno della struttura, né una mappa della città. Il riscaldamento in una delle due camere da letto non funziona. Inoltre, il bagno interno a una delle due camere ha un lavabo piccolissimo nel quale a stento ci si può lavare le mani.
