Beautiful, spacious apartment for our a large group of people. Great location

The apartment was extremely spacious - actually 2 connected apartments having a kitchen and dining area each. One apartment had an extremely spacious dining area/kitchen with a couch that worked so well for our group of 10. Having the 2 apartments together was fantastic for our large group. Lots of different sleeping arrangements. The 2 bathrooms were generously sized and worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having a washer AND dryer. Beautiful views. Located in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants, cafes, shops and easy access walking across the river to major destinations as well as easy access to bus stops.

We had a really hard time with 1 of the 2 keys and often couldn't get it to work. Messaged the owner and hoped for a new key but that never happened. The key was already quite twisted and we were afraid we were going to break it in the lock.

Very nice apartment for a large group with a fantastically central location!

Fantastic location, very spacious, lots of room for sitting or chilling out and lots and lots of sleeping spaces. Everything worked nicely and we had no problems fitting 12 people in the apartment.

The only problems were quite minor: - A few sleeping spaces didn't have sheets as there were not enough sheets available in the apartment. - The water pressure in both bathrooms is quite low. It works well enough to get cleaned up, but it's not exactly luxury. - It would be nice with a few blankets on the couches (very minor)

A wonderful stay in the heart of historic Florence.

Excellent location - couldn’t have been better. Very clean, spacious and light.

The property is great. It is on the third floor with no lift so not suitable for people with limited mobility. Otherwise it’s excellent. A good tip would be to bring earplugs because there is sometimes street noise.

A great place for a family near the historical centre!

It was clean and very well equipped. Very close to the historical centre. The host was great and very helpful to all our questions.

The lack of an elevator is a problem. Also the staircase has no light in the night.

Unreal location, huge space for our large family of 11 to fit, genuine altr'arno experience.

Location, size and space, two kitchens, working air conditioning in every bedroom, washer and dryer, walkable to major sites and local neighborhood has great restaurants and stores.

The street noise at night (until 3a) with partyers and traffic noise is challenging (overcame with quality ear plugs), and the street noise recommences at 6a with glass bottles being poured into recycling receptacles, street sweepers, etc. The climb up and down the stairs with luggage is super challenging (full sweat), but without luggage was fine.

The central location didn't overcome the negatives. I wouldn't recommend it.

The location of this place was exceptional and given we had a family of 8 people staying the host allowed us an extra set of keys. It's spacious and most of the 5 bedrooms have plenty of storage space.

Communication was generally poor - usually took well over 24 hours to get any response. The apartment has a huge issue with plumbing and for the majority of the stay the smell in the main kitchen was nauseatungly bad. There are 68 steep steps up to this apartment - you do not want to be carrying large bags or forget something when you go out. Several of the doors don't close properly. The 5th bedroom is only accessible through the 4th bedroom and both these bedrooms are located on a mezzanine floor which requires you to duck your head when entering or leaving or you risk knocking yourself out. Two of the 4 hot plates in the main kitchen don't work and there is no oven in either kitchen. The showers would unexpectedly run hot or cold even when noone else was using the water.

I have never met a more lovely host , Giovanni was so accommodating and the house was perfect!

Everything was perfect! Giovanni our host was amazing and so accommodating! The location of the property was exceptional and the property itself was gorgeous. I would rent this property again and I would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

The property is several flights upstairs but for my friends and I we looked at as a good work out 💪 We have no dislikes about this property 😊

la ubicación es excelente, en una calle al lado del rio, con poco ruido, pero muchas cosas cerca.

Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor en un edificio antiguo con unas escaleras muy empinadas, llegar y salir con las maletas se nos hizo un poco complicado. El anfitrión, en el momento que tuvimos las llaves dejó de contestar a nuestras preguntas, nos pareció algo grosero porque le preguntamos, ya que había que dejar el piso pronto, si nos podía recomendar algún sitio para dejarlas..... y nunca más contestó
