The staff at Hotel Donatello walked us over to the apartment so it was very easy. We were allowed a late check out and this helped us out a lot. Responses were very timely .

Nicely decorated with nice finishes like a light on the bathroom mirror and a great swan neck sink. Spacious flat with a basic smart TV.

The sheets did not feel clean and me and my partner were itching all over every morning. All the dishes and utensils in the kitchen were covered in a thin layer of grime, and the apartment lacked some basic amenities that caused irritation like kitchen paper, there was no broom or vacuum cleaner, no full length mirror. We were also freezing because the thermostat in the house was not triggering the radiators for some reason and we were helpless because the sheets provided were so goddamn thin. Outside temperature was 10 degrees in May.

The staff is very rude, the instructions to get to the room is very difficult to follow, the staff was not helpful at all, she even shouted at us when we asked her again to explain the instruction. The instructions lack some pictures and a map showing the location of the door, for instance. We even asked her politely for the best place to park the car, and she replied, "You can park in the hotel for 40 euros.. otherwise, look for another options yourself "
