Overall I had a good stay here, the location is perfect for walking all over Florence, and a short walk from train station. Theres lots of amenities and all types of people stayed here, families, Professional singles etc.however on my first night I stayed in a mixed dorm and was woken up by a man pulling my legs and screaming at me. So that was scary. They moved me to my own room after that.

The staff were helpful in answering questions and making suggestions. This is a busy hostel and the system for being served at reception is fair and reception is well staffed at busy times. Conveniently located.
