I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this apartment. Everything was impeccably clean, well organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The apartment has three rooms, a fully equipped kitchen ready for guests, and a perfect bathroom with a washing machine. The cleanliness was exceptional at all times. I had a spacious balcony with a fantastic view over the historic rooftops of Florence. My room overlooked the inner courtyards, so it was completely quiet throughout the day and night. The apartment is located on the fourth floor without an elevator. You only really notice the stairs the first time. The staircase is well lit, the steps are comfortable, and climbing them is not difficult, although guests with heavy luggage may find it a bit challenging. The Cathedral and the library are only about a 10-minute walk away, and the Central Market is even closer. The neighborhood feels completely safe. I came to Florence to visit an exhibition held in three different locations, and I was able to walk everywhere without any difficulty. There are also plenty of public transport stops nearby if needed. I sincerely hope to return to this beautiful city and to the warm hospitality of Tina and Riccardo. 4階の宿泊施設までエレベーターがないのが不便です。

Hosts are very friendly

Check in time was not the best for my trip schedule. This place has a check in from 6pm to 9pm. It was not warm/hot water in my last day.
