    For the discerning traveler who appreciates personalized service with exceptional staff- you can’t go wrong with Hotel Rapallo. From the time we checked in, we were made to feel truly welcomed and taken care of. The staff went the extra mile in packing sandwiches, fruits, snacks and water for us when they learnt we would miss our breakfast on the day we booked a day trip to Cinque Terre. Their thoughtfulness is much appreciated ! Thank you to Hotel Rapallo’s team for making our 4 nights stay in Florence a memorable and happy one.

    Kudos to the Rapallo Hotel Team. Very professional Staff who take pride and excellence in their service to the customers. Requests are entertained almost instantaneously. The room can be pretty small for 2 or more people but quite a self sustaining room I should say…Best for solo travellers. The room was very clean and well kept by the house keeping team. Breakfast could be better with more variety added with Chicken and Seafood Choices rather than having the same menu every day. Location is great with many amenities nearby with a 15 minutes walk to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Value for money! Keep up the Great Work Hotel Rapallo Team.

    We had amazing time at hotel rapallo. Staffs are welcoming and helpful, breakfast was amazing. Cleaness is one of the best I’ve ever stayed. We’ll definitely go back again.
