Had a great couple nights stay here. It is in a perfect location easily walkable to all the sights in the city. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful! The room was perfect, with amazing soap/shampoo and the included breakfast was an AMAZING treat, so many options and saved on not having to worry about breakfast. Will definitely recommend and stay again when back in Florence!

What an absolutely beautiful hotel , from the wonderful and comfortable room to the superb breakfasts with so much choice all perfectly presented. But I must also mention the excellent calibre of staff who were not just engaging but eager to help. We had a truly lovely stay.
