Very warm and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zanobi45. The bed was comfortable and staff were great.

Amazingly clean a spacious. Condition of the building is good however you do need to take the steps to get up to the rooms. As far as I can see, there was no lift.
