The location was great.
The rooms were very very small and the shower was almost too small. We could also hear everyone and everything all night so it was a little loud. There also wasn’t any lotion, soap, or other amenities.

The host was not present but available via phone. The guy at the reception was friendly. The room was clean and had a nice ancient vibe - perfect for a stay in a historical town like Firenze.
According to booking.com there should be parking available which is not the case. They refer you to a third party service which is a garage around the corner where you can park your car (starting at 35€ per night). Further, I would expect a host to inform me about the regulations for the car - especially if they supposedly offer parking. The hotel is within the ZTL which is a zone prohibited for outside cars to enter.
