The property is beautiful and staff was especially helpful and so nice. I’d highly recommend.

Amazing staff.

Hotel is very sweet, with clean rooms, well located and very kind staff. Only downside is that noise in the hallway does carry into the rooms so suggest packing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I stayed in a single room and it was well sized for one person.

Loved our stay here. The hotel is beautifully renovated and furnished. From the outside this place looks very quaint. But once you come inside and go up the small flight of stairs to the reception, you’re transported into a beautiful mid-century modern lobby with water, coffee, and snacks for guests. Our room was just off of the lobby with a view of the street below. Our bathroom was huge with a gorgeous walk-in shower that had a rainfall shower head. This was our most comfortable that in Italy. All the bets are firm, but this one was on the soft side of firm, thankfully. The air conditioner worked well enough and the noise was what we expect in a very old area of Florence. There are street sounds and some bumps in the night but nothing that will keep you up unless you’re an incredibly light sleeper. In that case, I’d bring a pair of earplugs. The staff takes great care and making sure you feel welcome and give you lots of recommendations. I recommend making sure you have ‎WhatsApp and find hotel Zanobi on WhatsApp. The staff was able to communicate with me before check-in and send me recommendations when I asked for them. The walk from the train station to this hotel is doable, but it is all cobblestone streets that have very narrow sidewalks. These streets are extremely high traffic with pedestrian and cars. We opted to take a short taxi ride, called by our hotel back to the train station when we were leaving Florence. The heat was a factor in this decision as well.
