This place is a gem in the middle of Florence’s , caos, the place is an oasis of tranquility, a well maintained old building with nice spacious apartments and a fantastic host!

Very nice room we stayed in, with decent bathroom and shower. Very clean, and comfortable. Excellent location for seeing the sights.
Not easily accessible by car if you're driving, so watch out. The host was very helpful and made our stay and welcome pleasant.

Lucia and the rest of the staff at Relais were exceptional. Communication was excellent and they were so helpful in getting us settled and ready for Florence.
Check-in was a breeze and the location was perfect. Everything was within 5-15 minutes of walking. 5 minutes to Galleria dell'Accademia, 8-10 minutes to the Duomo and 15 minutes to City Center and Ponte Vecchio.
Rooms were very clean and spacious for a family of 4 and decorated in vintage Florentine style. There was a mini fridge for drinks, coffee pots in both rooms and they even had European adapters available upon request.
Will definitely stay there next time we visit Florence!
