We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Castri 1874 Spa & Garden. The hotel staff were always very friendly, hotel immaculately clean, spa was fantastic, food was scrumptious and the location was exceptional, so close to the main tourist spots in Florence.
It was so easy to get from Florence airport to the hotel too. We took a tram from the airport which cost under 2 euros per person and the journey from the airport to the tram station nearest to
the hotel ( Fortezza) was under 30 mins, the walk from this tram station to the hotel was under 10 mins!
I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short break and we shall be going back there again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was impeccable, and restaurant was wonderful.

Exceptionally well trained and managed to superior client service. The bathroom in our 2 level suite was useful to Americans that like enclosed showers. The garden was screne. The included Spa access was another highlight with both steam and sauna. The breakfast was as advertised "farm to table". Every day we looked forward to the specialties.
The direct room views of the Duomo are outstanding. The price / value is in line with expectations. I will definately stay at this facility again.
