    They seem to have renovated the facilities recently. Our room was pleasantly spacious and airy, the aircon worked well, and everything (including the bathroom) was modern and clean. The hotel was walking distance from most key sites like the Ponte Vecchio, and the neighbourhood was quiet enough throughout our stay. Appreciate them giving us fresh towels and toiletries every day too.

    The room was very comfortable. The park in front of the hotel was very nice and there are plenty of cafes surrounding the hotel. The hotel is also a walking distance from the train station.

    The staff were really welcoming and accommodating, we came slightly earlier than check in but they helped to see if our rooms could be prepared first. Our room was really clean and comfy . It was spacious and had great views! I highly reccomend for groups of 3. The hotel is also very close to the station making it an excellent choice. The train to zermatt was just right in front! At night we had a nice stroll through the town. Would have been lovely to stay an extra night. The only thing was that the shower cubicle was missing a door so the water sprayed onto the toilet floor but everything else was perfect!
