Will book again is our highest compliment

The location is nice, walkable to a lot of places. Staff is friendly. Like how they gave us complimentary sparkling water and still water along with some snacks.

Overall hotel is very clean but we stayed for 6 nights and got food stained on the bed sheets on our 2nd or 3rd day cause we sat on the bed and snacked. Still noticed the stain was there after housekeeping so it looked like they only made the bed but didn’t change the sheets which was a bit disappointing. By the last day, surface gets dusty and sheets gets more gross. For the price paid per night, would expect more than just making the bed. Overall we were still very happy with our stay.

Staff great, Location great, good amount of space in room, newer, comfortable beds.

Breakfast was good but below Italian standard, the temp in room cant be controlled and was very hot every night and we had trouble sleeping.

Excellent location in San Lorenzo. Overall great facilities, comfortable and clean; excellent customer service.

A bit tight bathroom with not much room for storing items. Few mold spots or mold -like spots noted on the wall in the main bedroom.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. Although it was advertised as a hotel, in reality, the concept felt more like apartments within a hotel, but this did not affect the quality of the stay in any way. Inside, there is a charming little courtyard that enhances the overall impression and perfectly matches the Florentine style. The rooms were exceptional, decorated in the architectural style of Florence. Cleanliness, comfort, and all the necessary amenities were provided — in the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom — everything was of a very high standard. There are absolutely no negative comments, only the most positive ones. The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the city centre and 10 minutes from the railway station. There were some construction works on the street outside, but this did not affect the quality of our stay — if anything, it shows that in the future, the area around the hotel will be even better arranged. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They welcomed us at a time outside of their regular working hours, making an exception for us, which we greatly appreciated. They explained everything regarding the stay as well as travel tips for Florence. Several times, they proactively offered assistance to make our stay and our visit to Florence even more comfortable. A big compliment to the hosts and the staff! Just Excellent! We travelled through several cities, including Milan, Rome, and Venice, and even stayed at well-known brand hotels, but this hotel made our stay in Italy brighter, more colourful, and the most comfortable of all four hotels we experienced.

Construction & Creepy Vibes

Lobby closes early, causing you to use creepy back hall way. Lots of construction, directly in front of hotel and on entire street. When raining Loud sounds of rain, as if it's in the room.

Perfect property for visiting city.

Perfect location, next to all visiting places. Very clean, helpful staff. Hotel is in the city centre but there is very silent inside.

Perfect home base for a Florence visit

This was a great place to set up for a Florence visit. The location was great, walkable to much of the city within 20 mins. The room was very comfortable and had all that we needed. A real highlight was the staff, who were all very helpful and accomodating. Every evening there are complimentary glasses of Prosecco available and we were provided with extra bottles of water whenever requested. Great place to stay!

The only thing that would’ve been great to have was the sun window on the roof which wasn’t working in our room. Without that window we had no natural lighting, but the rest of our stay was amazing!!

Ideal city centre hotel with great service

This hotel exceeded expectations. The location was ideal not just for the train station and the Accademia di Firenze but also for the central market and pretty much everything else. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and we felt like we got good value for money. The staff were very kind and gave us a little gift as a sign of appreciation on our return visit. The hotel is ideal for people who want somewhere peaceful to stay right in the busy centre of Florence.

A beautiful stunning property close to the center of Florence. It was incredibly easy to get around from the hotel and it was beautiful on the inside. The room had a wonderful charm.

The air conditioning did not work the first day, however the team provided additional fans until it was fixed!

Great location for seeing the city. Loved the small size and lovely rooms. Breakfast was delicious, a good variety of fresh foods and scrambled eggs.

It couldn’t be helped, but the street in front of our hotel was closed due to repairs. It made it a little difficult getting our luggage out to the next corner to catch our taxi.

Outstanding hotel right in the center of Florence.

Architecture - ancient renovated building. Size - small number of rooms. Staff - friendly and paying attention to details. Quietness - absolutely quiet, didn't hear any noise from the outside. Location - 10 min by foot to the train station and to the main monuments of the old city.

There were works in the street in front of the hotel (Jan 2024) making access a bit difficult.

A super luxurious and comfy room right in the heart of Florence. The staff were amazing and there is so much around the hotel including a really nice indoor food market. We especially enjoyed all of the nearby food options and amenities including the fact that we could walk to so many attractions.

My score would’ve been higher, not many things to complain about, only that the bathroom door in room 10 is completely wrong designed and my mom got stuck for 45 minutes in there until firefighters came to get her out. On the other aspect a nice hotel close to the city centre and train station. Maybe 8-10 breakfast time is a bit of a stretch and they should have to option to do early breakfast if asked in advance.
