We were greeted very friendly by the staff. Very nice cozy appartement in the middle of Firenze. The people are also very accommodating.

Great Location! Hotel was great for the 4 of us (one king, two twin beds). Bathroom was really good. Hotel Breakfast was continental style with pastries, fruit, yogurt, good coffee and juice. Staff was welcoming, attentive, and informative. Hotel was family friendly and good for a middle-class budget.
I'm not saying it's a 5-star hotel, but it worked great and we were comfortable. Beds were comfortable, water pressure or hot and cold were never a problem. Great Stay!

Location was excellent.
Air conditioning was very weak, supplemented by one fan that worked and another that didn't. Coffee maker in room also not working, unfortunately.
