Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location.

Location excellent! Hotel beautiful and all the staff are lovely. Really appreciated the Prosecco on arrival, and the evening drinks plus hors d’oeuvres are a great idea. Our experience of Florence as a beautiful city was enhanced by our experience staying at this property.

Excellent location, very clean & quiet, extraordinary view, very kind and welcoming staff, lovely breakfast, very safe. Loved it!

Others have noted the bed was firm so I knew that going in, which was correct it was quite firm.

Boutique hotel in Florence

Great location, in close proximity to most famous sites. Deluxe king room was spacious, bedroom slippers and bottled water were provided for free.

Poor soundproofing, could hear noisy guests from outside of the room and upstairs. Room furnishing is a bit dated, especially the curtains. We also found a strand of hair on one of the bathrobes, so the cleanliness could be better.

We had an excellent stay - room, location, staff, snacks….we will be back!

Location was excellent, the property itself was immaculate with some nice touches and furnishings. Staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and provided excellent advice on local attractions (special call-out to Aneta and Arte). The complimentary evening aperitif with snacks was great as too was the breakfast.

A lovely hotel in a great location and staffed by helpful people!

The staff were very friendly and helpful - Tommaso gave us excellent restaurant recommendations! The location was perfect - a few minutes' walk from the town centre but far enough away to be quiet at night.

This was an amazing stay. The staff was friendly, accommodating and really helped me out navigating the city by letting me know the exact trains to take to get to the location. The rooms were spotless! And very beautiful hotel. I stayed in another hotel the night before and paid more that double what I paid here and they didn’t even have half the amenities at Arté

Incredible location. The staff think of everything to make your stay perfect. Attention to detail, friendliness, helpfulness, excellent service. Beautifully decorated throughout. Great breakfast. Nibbles and a drink in the evening, provided for all guests free of charge in the bar.

A wonderful stay with an authentic Florence atmosphere.

The location was excellent,close to everything, including the main attractions, the train station, the conference center, and the shopping area. The cleanliness was perfect, and the place was very. We enjoyed the Happy Hour wine tasting, it was a great and fascinating experience, particularly since we couldn’t travel to the Tuscany areas to enjoy that type of tasting.

There was a distinct smell in the building, but I was already aware of it, as it’s characteristic of buildings in that area.

Fabulous hotel experience!

A wonderful hotel! We had a fantastic stay, we loved everything! A proper boutique hotel experience. Spotlessly clean, lovely decor where nothing was faded or shabby, it all felt very well thought out and cared for. The staff are fantastic and the feel is so welcoming, every evening you are invited for a free drink at 6-8pm, really nice after a long day of sightseeing. I was interested to see what breakfast was like and it’s a proper, Italian style breakfast, plenty of choice presented nicely. Selections of cheeses, meat, eggs, pancakes, amazing fruit, yoghurt, granola, cereals, breads, fantastic pastries, all at your request. The location is amazing, so central with gorgeous art cinema next door. We had brilliant restaurant recommendations from Aneta and the wine tasting on one evening was so welcoming and friendly with fantastic wine, not just a hotel, a proper Italian experience. Thanks to everyone you made our trip to Florence so perfect ❤️

It is an interesting hotel with limited facilities

Great location and friendly staff. We stayed in the Penthouse suite and the little outdoor terrace was appreciated for sitting out in the evenings (too hot in the day)

Once inside the building the entrance to the hotel is via a plain fire exit door which was a little odd. There was a terrible smell in the corridor just outside the fire door which the staff did their best by spraying air freshener. Could have done with a luggage rack in the room. We felt the hotel was overpriced for the amenities available.

A very nice modern hotel in a great location. Just far enough away from the crowds making it a very quiet hotel. The staff were some of the most friendly and helpful hotel staff I've encountered. The room was immaculate and very clean. The breakfast including the service was very good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It’s a lovely property in a great location, but the staff are its greatest asset.

After seeing pictures, we decided to splurge and book the penthouse suite. It didn’t disappoint at all! Every minute we spent relaxing at the hotel was on that terrace. The photos I took of the skyline will be hanging on our walls at home. In addition, the staff were the best I’ve encountered, hands down. They all were so welcoming and put so much effort into the little details that make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. That’s a true accomplishment when you spend your day walking over 20,000 steps to take in the beauty of Florence.

A little complicated getting in the first time as it was tricky identifying which door and how to enter the building. The photos are a bit misleading as there is no rooftop deck or access unless you get the special suite.

The location could not have been more perfect—just steps away from the Duomo, charming cafés, and all the major sights, yet still peaceful and quiet once inside. The apartment was beautifully maintained, spotless, and full of character, blending classic Florentine charm with modern comforts. I especially loved the comfortable bed, stylish décor, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with recommendations, which made our stay even more memorable. I can’t imagine a better place to experience the beauty and energy of Florence—I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location was good.

The room was so small the only way to open our bags was to put them on the bed one at a time. Also the air conditioner did not work properly which was very difficult in 37-38 degree days.

Fantastic Accommodation in central location

The staff were so friendly and helpful, from when we arrived until we left, they were just amazing. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Location was central to everything we wanted to do. The happy hour drinks and snacks was a special touch and much appreciated. The complimentary water in the fridge and tea\coffee was great. They honestly couldn't do anything more to make your stay any more enjoyable, the place and staff were amazing. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful wecoming serene hotel in the heart of Florence

This hotel is exceptional - right in hte heart of Florence, beautiful fit out and friendly helpful English Speaking staff. Such a nice touch having a glass of proseco while checking in Wonderful lift and we had stunning view of Duomo from our room. Got a great recommendation for dinner and a reservation made since we were late arriving (transport delays) it was just devine and only a few blocks walk. Thanks for making our Florence visit special

Beautiful hotel perfect for a long weekend. The staff were always very nice and helpful. Good location and clean.

As our room was directly in the corridor, it was sometimes a bit noisy, you could always hear someone walking past or going up the stairs. The room above ours was also very noisy you could always hear someone walking around.
