The only complaint i have is the pool.should be open later than 6pm feels far too early should be 8pm at least

There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that could take you to the train station. I would like to give my gratitude to the hospitality of all the staffs in this hotel. Thank you for making my stay here so pleasant. If given the chance, I would love to come back again

My stay here was perfect. This hotel had a perfect vibe and very nice staff.
I felt rooms were smaller than I needed but everything else specially the rooftop bar was amazing with amazing views of city

For the price it was very underwhelming and absolutely not worth it. Quite outside the city as well, lucky Florence is quite small and very walkable. The pool was closed which is why we booked. Had I known it was closed I would have cancelled my booking. Having students living there as well was a put off too. I would not stay there again. Very overpriced for what you get.
