Tram is 1 block away, wifi connection is fast, breakfast has awesome selection. Room was spacious (1 king bed) with excellent bathroom.

Perfect spot to be close enough to central Florence but away for quiet. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very courteous. The breakfast had a wide variety - there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Our room was extremely clean. Every day we received cleaning service and it smelled very good. Front staff was very helpful. Location is close to tram/bus stop.
Only thing i wish the room had was ability to go lower in temp. It was locked to not go below 21 and the fan was also controlled so even when i went to max, it eventually went down to 1.
Overall— it was great!!!!
