8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
Very clean apartment, AC worked well and easy ti navigate around.
Location was a bit far from The center but bus stop and e bikes were close by. Receptionist wasnt always available but when they were during mornings they were helpful

Apartment was clean, room was decent size, bed was comfy, we never actually met our host but we had clear instructions how to get in to apartment and she was reachable on WhatsApp and was quick to respond to any messages. Was easy to get around, walking distance to Duomo and good restaurants close by.
A small fridge in the room would be nice.

The property was lovely and clean. A very comfortable bed. The outside terrace was beautiful. Il Sorriso was in a great location for train station, restaurants and all the sights Florence is famous for.
A kettle or coffee machine would be handy in rooms.
