The property was lovely and clean. A very comfortable bed. The outside terrace was beautiful. Il Sorriso was in a great location for train station, restaurants and all the sights Florence is famous for.
A kettle or coffee machine would be handy in rooms.

Location was a short walk from the city centre, which was very convenient and allowed us to view all areas of the city.
The communal balcony was lovely and we used it a lot.
The room was large, clean, had enough toiletries and the mini fridge was a great idea.
Our room was off the main road, which was very busy throughout the night, and if not used to this, it would be a shock.
